The deadboltock on the room door didn't latch properly so I slept with a chair blocking the door. Beds were comfortable and clean but the floor was quite dirty. Also could hear a lot of noise including when they did power washing on the balcony above me on Sunday.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Took 15-20 mi. to find someone to come and check me in after 2 /textscalls to set up late arrival. Over an hour to find help for getting more towels & toilet paper for my 1 week stay. Stained towel (photo below) was unacceptable.

We were pleased with the amount of space we had! Everything we needed was in the suite, and beds were very comfortable. There was some built grime in the corners on the floor and the furniture was old and mismatched, but we enjoyed our stay.

The property is really run down. The air conditioner was super noisy. Like sleeping next to a freeway. Wifi was not working when I arrived, in fact the router was mysteriously missing. But it did the job, just a place to sleep.

The location is great right off the beach. The pool was not open, staff dont answer the phone when trying to contact them. Front desk has very limited hours, rooms are very outdated and not super clean.
