The bed was clean and the front desk staff were very accommodating. However it seems like a bit of a 20 something party hotel. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every thing in the Neighbouring rooms. I mean every thing!! From puking, partying to a couple going at it and hearing all the intimate details. Definitely not for families or those who are trying to get a restful evening. Me and my wife could only endure 2 out of the 3 nights we booked. We ended up leaving and using up my valuable free hotel.com night, that we had been saving for a special occasion. Really not happy at all

The code to open the door did not work, but they promptly provided a traditional key. Lots of silverfish in the bathtub at arrival! Once I washed them down and kept the light on at all times, they never reappeared. There is no fan in the bathroom.

I like the location, room was terrible.

The room I was given was pretty terrible. It had a connector door and I could hear everything on the other side. Also, there wasn't a proper window. A small window up high behind a giant tv, I didn't feel safe if there was a fire. Also, the shower was terrible and very short, as in for someone under 5 "3', never seen that before.

I booked a 2 bedroom but it was a 1 bedroom with beds and the other was a closet not an actual room and it had bunk beds with terrible well used futon mattresses. No night table or lamp. There were not enough chairs at the dining table so we used a patio plastic one. Same for the silver ware. Not enough. I would not stay here again. Location great.

We stayed 3 nights. 2 nights we hardly slept because of the neighbouring rooms having a party and swearing until 2:30am. The room was decently clean but the bathroom was not. We checked in and had to get someone to come clean the bathroom while we were out for lunch. The bathtub didn’t drain properly so everything from the drain backed up into the tub and you stood in a puddle of nasty water. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful but the property needs some help.

The mattress was very dirty and unclean. It was 8:30pm and as far as we could tell, no one could help me and my child at this time as the office was closed and Expedia said no one answered the phone when they called. We had to book somewhere else due to it being so late but when I emailed them photos of the debris in the mattress and when Expedia called for a refund, the denied the refund.
