The former hunting lodge is the grandparents' heirloom, which we have lovingly renovated. It is located on the edge of the village on a hill near Penzberg, about 45 minutes by car south of Munich.
The sunny, wind-protected terrace can even be enjoyed in winter.
All rooms are on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms; 1 cozy living room; new, fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with tub; toilet. (The upper floor is not occupied.)
Sleeping space for about 7 people: Double bed 180x200 in the 'bell room'. Double bed 160x200 in the front (through) room. Bunk bed 100x200 in the back room. Sofa bed in the living room.
In addition, the renovated children's hut in the garden offers a 2x2m bedroom and a playroom with a table.
The large, natural and fenced garden with old trees invites you to relax and play. A swimming pond is 3 km away.
