Decorated in a classic style, it offers all the necessary comforts for a dream holiday on the Costa Brava.
With a surface area of 180m2, it is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor is a large and bright living-dining room giving access to the garden and pool, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two large suites with private bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath, a separate toilet and a laundry room.
Upstairs are two other large bedrooms, each of which has a beautiful terrace, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The property has a large garden, a private swimming pool (9m x 5m) and a covered terrace, ideal for eating out in summer.
Fully equipped: air conditioning throughout the house, underfloor heating, WIFI, satellite TV (Spanish and German channels), dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, washing machine, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Outdoor parking for 2 cars (be careful, the garage is not accessible).
The Golf Resort de Peralada is located in the heart of the Alt Empordà. It is a strategic place, close to tourist attractions (Peralada Castle and Casino, Dali Museum, wine cellars of the region, pebble beaches of Llançà and Port de la Selva, sandy beaches of Empuriabrava and Roses, etc.).
Ideal for golf lovers as well as for those looking for peace and quiet.

We had a really good time, the house was large and comfortable, in a quiet place, the pool was large and perfectly clean, every step before our arrival was ok

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool

Wir waren im Juli 2023 zwei Wochen lang in diesem Haus und sind im großen und ganzen voll zufrieden. Pluspunkte: natürlich der große saubere Pool 9 x 5 m mit sehr gut durchdachtem und auch gepflegten Garten, gute Aufteilung des Hauses, moderne große Küche, guter Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Sehr malerische Umgebung mit vielen Golffeldern und sehr schönen Villen, ein Gefühl der Sicherheit durch ständige Präsenz vom Security Personal in der gesamten Siedlung. Minuspunkte: der vorhandene WLAN Router war ziemlich schwach. Zum Glück hatten wir paar gute wifi-Repeater und LAN Kabel mitgebracht und somit den Signal stabilisiert und verbessert. Die Entfernung zum Empuriabrava Strand beträgt 17 km (ca. 25 Autominuten hin und genauso zurück). Wer öfters zum Meer fahren will, muss dies berücksichtigen. Ansonsten haben wir unsere Buchung nicht bereut und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen :)

Très bonne semaine pour 6 adultes et 2 bébés. Maison très propre et fonctionnelle, idéalement placé dans le parc du golf. Très calme et très bien entretenu.

Beste Check-in. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Kommunikation mit der Dame der Agentur. Zum Glück keine Katzen bzw. scheu so mit wurde man nicht belästigt. Es war ein Traum Urlaub.
