This home is located on the much sought after West Arm of Walloon Lake! Enjoy the spectacular sunsets on the large back patio. The location is hard to beat- you are only a few minutes to downtown Petoskey and a short drive to Bay Harbor, Boyne City or Harbor Springs. The lake frontage is sandy and shallow, perfect for children. There is a dock to park your boat and the home is located right next to the boat launch.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms; one bedroom is located on the main level with a bunk bed, the master upstairs has a king bed, and the third bedroom upstairs has a queen along with a twin trundle bed. The cottage is cozy and has all the amenities you would need for vacation: Wi-Fi, cable, appliances, propane grill, outdoor fire pit, and a boat hoist (no A/C). This is the perfect cabin for your Walloon Lake vacation without paying the typical excessive rental rates. This home is available beginning Memorial weekend through the end of October.
