Ein Mitarbeiter war sehr unfreundlich. Er hat keine Freude an seinem Job und das sieht man! Er behandelte uns nicht wie Gäste sondern eher wie jemanden denn man am schnellsten los werden möchte. Ansonsten bin ich mit allem zufrieden. Ich reise sehr viel rum, auch im Hotel Residenz war ich schon sicher um die zehn Mal.So ein unfreundliches und Motivationfreies Verhalten ist mir gegenüber noch nie begegnet worden und dies völlig Grundlos.

Wir legen viel Wert auf Freundlichkeit und guten Service und prinzipiell wird dies auch von allen unseren Mitarbeitern gelebt und ausgestrahlt. Leider können wir auf Grund des anonym abgebenen Feedbacks nicht nachvollziehen, um wen es sich hier handelte. Schade, wir hätten sehr gerne entsprechend reagiert. So können wir nur weiterhin wie bisher auch alle Mitarbeiter regelmäßig trainieren, denn Unfreundlichkeit gegenüber unseren Gästen entspricht absolut nicht unserem Standard und unserem Anspruch. Hotel ist in einem Industriegebiet direkt neben einer Tankstelle und McD. Hatte ein Zimmer direkt zu der Tankstelle und einer sehr befahrenen Strasse. Sehr laut, zu laut.

Ein Hotel für einen Zwischenstop ohne Nachtruhe

Pros: der Check in wie auch der Check out
Cons: Das Hotel müsse von Grund auf renoviert werden und in dem Zuge besser schallisoliert.
Location: Ziemlich Zentral an der Autobahnabfahrt, es sind einige Schnellrestaurants in der Nähe und eine Tankstelle.
Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tankstelle die offensichtlich gerne von Turin-Begeisterten gerne besucht wird. Somit brüllen die Auspuffanlagen und Motoren dort regelmäßig auf. Man hört ständig Türen zuschlagen der Fahrzeuge. Verdunkeln lässt sich das Zimmer durch Löchrige Vorhänge. Bis nachts um 3 waren auch andere Hotelgäste auf dem Flut zu hören. Es ist ein sehr hellhöriges Hotel
