The staff was really nice. Especially the front desk attendant Milani. The lack of food options and parking is a bit of a detraction. Not a deal breaker but definitely something to consider. Also if you are a light sleeper, the noise from airport and streets may be an issue. Overall, the place was good and served the need.

At first glance the place isn’t too bad but once you get to the room, utter disgust and shock and disappointment!! There was mold in the bathroom and there were red and yellow stains on the bedding when complained we were told there were no other rooms and when we asked for our bedding to be changed at minimum we were told that we could come down to the front and grab sheets so we could changed them ourselves if we wanted to. And what really took the cake is when I went to shower and run out of body wash with one pump and again when calling down to ask for more we were told to come to the front to get it ourselves!! This place is horrible to say the least!!!

It is a very functional location. A $15-20 uber ride to the city. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was excellent and the natural light was memorable. I would stay their again but trying to get to and fro by public transportation is not practical although it is probably cheaper, but I don't know.

My flight was delayed, so I called the hotel to let them know I was going to be in after 2 am, but I was coming, so please fo not give my room away. I was assured that my room would still be there. I got to the hotel at 3:15 am only to be told that my reservation was canceled even though there was a note on my account. The woman at the desk did sympathize, at first, but told me there were no rooms available except one with a leaky toilet. She said she could put me there until later that day then move me to the room I had actually paid for. In the meantime, the night manager came out and started yelling at me and calling me a liar even though there was very clearly a note on the account showing I had called. I said I would just cancel the already paid for booking and make sure the hotel got none of my money. It was at this time the manager realized I had paid for the whole week, not just one night, and the hotel was going to lose the entire week's booking. He immediately changed his tone and reinstated my reservation but still said I had to take the room with the leaky toilet until about noon. Having no other option at 3:30 in the morning i agreed. I was put in a room that was barely habitable. The only thing clean in it was the bed. There wasn't even soap so I could was my hands. I was moved to the room I paid for later in the day, but the damage had been done. I will NEVER stay at another Aloft or Marriot property again.

This property did not have hot water. Upon notifying management, they informed her that it would not be fixed until the following Monday. They transferred her to a neighboring property where there was a bed bug. This was an awful travel experience due to the conditions of both properties.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Our room didn't have any liners in the trash containers,the water to take a shower barely got warm (not hot at all), room keys had to be recoded after visiting the bar or going out, and upon arriving the toilet handle needed repairs. I've stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Charlotte and had a much better experience. I wouldn't recommend Aloft Hotel after staying at your airport hotel. I'm not satisfied and will post my review on Yelp.
