The stay was okay. My room was clean but it was severely water damaged on the ceiling and in the bathroom. My room was right by the elevator and the noise was loud and annoying. People were slamming doors all hours of the night and it made my stay irritating. The staff was super friendly and nice when checking out. Will not book here again though.

Hotel was old and gloomy. I booked for a King Bed room and they gave me a Queen Double bed. It’s my wedding anniversary I need ONE BIG BED. They jacked that up. Rooms are small, the hallways smell musty and the staff is not inviting. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bartender in the lobby was using the lounge as her personal living room. Her kids were running around climbing all over the furniture and railings. Which i dont really mind but not very professional in that setting. The bartender was also sick, sniffling and blowing her nose and sneezing all over the table she was at. The worst was she was walking around barefoot and there was pair of socks just laying on the floor in the middle of the bar. I watched walk by them several times. It was off putting to say the least. Also the refrigerator was unplugged also not a big deal but when i pulled it out to plug it in the floor had not been sweep under or behind in quite some time. Food crumbs and dust. Also not great made me question the general cleanliness of the hotel. Frontdesk person was very friendly and welcoming though.

I have too much to say to leave it all here. Some good like airport shuttle is GREAT! Some not so good, like Safe NOT working, TV didn't play movies, some staff members NOT friendly, etc.

VERY generic hotel. There was not a clock in the room, no drawers to put clothes, not enough lighting at all. There were huge cobwebs up by the ceiling also. We had a handicapped room so understand some of the differences, but not at all what I expected.

This property was really good for my visit home to Phila. It was so conveniently near shopping, food, the airport, and highways! I love that they allow pets and will be reconsidering this spot for the future for that reason. As a Marriott member, I also encouraged my family to use Aloft when the can! Great stay
