I don't like having to pay for parking for hotel that I'm paying for already. The option the girl told me was to park on ( Belmont??) I have no idea... But it was a main road with no parking anyways..

Are you ready? This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The hallways are funky. The stairwells smell horrendous because they have community trash cans in them on each floor. I had two rooms and both were absolutely DISGUSTING. The hot water doesn’t work in any of the sinks. Only the hot water in my second room’s bathroom worked but I had to run it for 15 minutes for it to get warm. The bathrooms are trifling (the tub was decent). The bed was decent. All the furniture is either damaged, stained or broken. I’m such a simple person, I’m not boujee at all, so for me to say these things IT’S THE HONEST TRUTH! Now onto the good… The staff was decent. They tried to accommodate me as best as they could. There were a few dead bugs in each room BUT there weren’t any active bugs running around. I didn’t experience any bed bugs. It’s close to the airport and a Wawa. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I hate writing bad reviews but it has to be done. I have to protect other travelers and guest.

Staff was not present and did not accommodate or inform me either before or when I arrived that it was no rooms. When asked for a solution possibly they abruptly turned me down.

The customer service is poor. The rooms could use updating and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The bed needed a comforter. I would choose to stay at their sister property around the corner over this one.

Too many obvious damages, roaches greeted me within 10min of being in room, black mold in bathroom, dirty greasy overhead vent/filter, moldy breakfast muffins. TBH it has to be the demographics and the oh well attitude

I was bit by bed bugs all over after 1 day of staying here due to a flight cancellation. Accommodations were not great and the rooms were generally dirty. There was hair, crumbs, and dust all over the bed, the trash can was broken, the door knob was broken, and the heater was very dusty. Overall expensive for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend.

I walked through the hallway and there were pieces of trash all over the hallway. The room door wouldn't open (room 219) and when I told the front desk he just told me to lift the doorknob to open it. That is a maintenance issue that should be fixed before a guest is assigned that room. Also during the overnight stay, the walls are so thin I kept hearing voices from other rooms on the second level throughout the night and even at 4am. Wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone due to it being dirty, not maintained enough, and loud.

If you’re ok staying at a place with a sticky floor, towels that have brown stains and some type of hair then this is the place for you. Oh and if you are ok with weird smell and no hot water this is the spot

This place is disgusting, and they are way overpriced for the hotel. I stayed just 1 night and they charged me to have my car parked there. I wasn't doing an extended parking, it was just overnight while I was actually there. They charged me a deposit which I did get back but I was worried that I wouldn't because of visual damages that were already there, so I took pictures of the stuff just incase.
