The beautifully decorated 850 sf condo has all the comforts of home, including cable, 2 smart TVs, Wifi, outdoor grill, private washer and dryer, and right on Stonecreek Golf course with hiking/biking greenbelts. Enjoy the artwork of the professional photographer-owner, Kathy Zimmerman, that decorates the whole condo. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and another smart TV.

Fabulous golf course location with several restaurants in walking distance. Sprouts, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s each a short drive away. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course.
