Pros: The staff that greeted us upon check-in was very courteous, helpful and kind. The room we had was clean and in a more quiet area which was great. Hotel location was very convenient. Cons: Some towels that were given us had stains. There was a towel that had ripped on one side. I didn't complain about this since there were others I can use. The pillows were too soft that it flattened a few minutes after lying down on it. Bathroom lights need to be brighter. We stayed for 4 days and it was ok.

I appreciated that the bar stayed open beyond 1am during a weekday. Rooms were modern and well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was always very friendly and attentive from the desk, housekeeping, and the bar. It was very convenient to have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker with refillable pods. Location was great with shopping center, restaurants, convenience stores, Costco, and Target all in walking distance. I would like to see more storage drawers for clothing. Gym was well equiped and modern with lots of choices and space. Pool needs to be heated more during non-summer hours. I appreciated the ample parking. The hotel restaurant and convenience store was great to have on site. If you want to avoid noise while sleeping, ask to be placed on the higher floor AWAY from the elevators. My daughter thought it was a hoot to have bluetooth speakers in the bathroom mirror.

I booked a double queen got to the hotel gave me a king. Went downstairs and told the manager showed her the reservation. She then told her employee "Julie or you gave the room away earlier." She then told me this is all she had and since I went through a third-party Expedia, there was nothing she could do. I had my 82 year-old mom with me who needs her own bed for medical reasons so I was left to sleep on the couch I had to request the sheets and make the bed. The room had limited lighting for an 82 year old woman who can't see very well. In the morning I had asked the receptionist where is the coffee and water and she said if you want a coffee, it cost three dollars the manager of the hotel was very defensive rude hostile, and aggressive with me. I will never see you there again. I have never made a reservation with Expedia where my room request wasn't meant. This is the first time thank you.

Parking was open and free, big parking lot. Check in was super easy. The room was nice and comfy, as well as the bed. Bathroom was clean. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The TV was nicely angled so we could watch the game while getting ready. & it’s a very convenient location if you want to walk somewhere to eat and shop
