The room was comfy and clean enough. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the free breakfast if you can complain about free breakfast. The potatoes were dry and lacked any flavor or seasoning. I looked for ketchup, didn't see any and confirmed with the hotel employee staffing breakfast that they did not have ketchup. The scrambled eggs were fine. Muffins were hard and stale. All of the bananas were very green and not edible. Unfortunately you could not read the expiration dates on the yogurt so I didn't eat that either. Best part was the coffee.

I arrived and checked in at 4 pm, one hour after check in started for the hotel. I was asked to wait for about 20 minutes after checking in because my room was not ready. So I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting…… Not a great way to start my one night stay at your facility :-(
