Located just South of Montepulciano town, in a beautiful countryside settings, surrounded by nature, Villa Belvedere is the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday. With a large private swimming pool, large kitchen and outdoor space for al-fresco meals, you cannot ask for more! Sarteano and Montepulciano towns are 30 minutes drive away while the nearest town is only 10 minutes drive away; there, you can find shops and restaurants, post office, etc.

The house develops over two levels and 650 square metres.

On the ground floor, we have a large and spacious living area with sofas, armchairs and fireplace. There is a separate dining room area, very spacious with direct access to the outside. The traditional kitchen is equipped with modern features such as two ovens, microwave, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher, and more. On this level we have one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom with independent entrance and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also one separate guest bathroom with toilet and sink only.

Stairs take us up to the first floor where we find one double bedroom with study/living room and fireplace as well as en-suite bathroom with large stone bathtub and shower; one bedroom that can sleep five with two single beds, one double bed plus a single sofa bed at floor level all located in the loft area accessible via stairs, with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms with bathroom with bathtub and shower; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Outside, the villa offers a private heated swimming pool (20x4m; 1.5m deep) with sun lounges and view over the hills, and a separate Jacuzzi area. The villa has a covered terrace with table, chairs and barbecue area, perfect for al-fresco meals. The surrounding garden is 3 hectares and has an automated irrigating system; there is a vegetable garden and orchard. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Solar panel heating system for both pool and hot tub. Extra heating through dedicated boilers, if needed, will be reimbursed by the clients by refilling the fuel tank at departure or reimburse its cost.
