Rural Cabin Near Speedways, Beaches & Attractions

Rancho Luna Cabina is private cabin on 100 acres, located 5 minutes from Volusia Speedway Park, 20 minutes to beaches, and 40 minutes to Daytona Speedway. Ideal for Bike Week and Biketoberfest guests, with truck and trailer parking available. St. Augustine is 75 minutes away and Disney is about 90 minutes. The property includes a screened porch, large deck, above-ground pool, and pavilion with a pool table in a quiet rural setting with easy access to major attractions.

Rancho Luna Cabina sits on 100 acres and features a screened-in porch, large deck, and wood-lined interior. Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, dining area, living space, bathroom, and washer/dryer. The main bedroom has a queen bed. A loft sleeps two on a low-profile king mattress and is accessed by narrow stairs—tight but fun, best for limber guests with a childlike sense of adventure. Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed outside. We do have several fenced in areas available that you can close off and let them explore and run. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or on the screened porch but are welcome on outdoor decks and at the pavilion. Motorcycles may park under the covered pavilion on the concrete.

Access is via a fairly long dirt road that can be soft in spots. Our neighbor rides motorcycles, so it is accessible—just take it slow and watch for softer areas. We are actively working with the neighbor to improve the road. At the end of the road you’ll see a gate and a sign with the Rancho Luna logo and address. The gate is usually open; if closed, it is not locked and opens easily. Follow the shell road to the two cabins. Your cabin is marked with a Rancho Luna logo and the name “Cabina.” Parking is easiest along the wooden fence or pavilion, then walk between the tiny cabin and the pavilion, a gravel path with lights leads the way. Truck and trailer parking is a large flat shell area visible just inside the gate. Motorcycles are welcome to ride directly into the pavilion and park under the roof, then walk across to the cabin.

We aim to give guests privacy, but this property is also our family’s getaway. Our son and his family live on-site in a fifth wheel, and you may see them or our grandkids around. At times we may be on the property enjoying a bonfire, the pool, or the pavilion. You’re always welcome to join us—we’d love to meet you—but we also fully respect guests who are here to unplug and enjoy quiet time.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.
• Security: For your security and protection the property is equipped with exterior cameras. We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. There are four cameras on property, one monitors the main gate, one monitors the parking areas, one monitors the outdoor pavilion and one monitors the pool. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.
• Local Reservations: If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.
• No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches screened porches. Smoking is allowed on the open decks (house windows must be closed), pool decks and pavilion area. Violations of the smoking policy incur a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
• No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. Pavillion rental is available and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
• Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. Exterior cameras are in use. Violations will be enforced.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.
• Extra Cleaning: Excessively dirty units will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $30 per pet per night. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Pets that cause property damage, damage will be documented and photographed and repair costs will be charged to the guest.
o We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
o Pets are not allowed on provided linens; an additional $50 fee applies for excess pet hair on linens.
o All dogs must be on a leash when outside the unit.
o PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!
• Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM daily.
• Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.
• Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.
• Pet Linens: Pets are not allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own if your pet will be on the bed. Excess pet hair on our linens will incur a $50 fee.
• No Show: Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
• Lost & Found: Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
• Violation of Rules: If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
• Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.


POOL RULES

1. Adult Supervision: Children must have an adult within arm`s reach at all times.
2. Swim at Your Own Risk: No lifeguard is on duty; use the pool responsibly.
3. No Glass: Absolutely no glass near the pool.
4. No Running/Bombing: Please walk, don`t run or dive into the pool.
5. Quiet Hours: Pool closes at 9 PM.
6. Safety Equipment: Ring buoy is by the pool.
Pool Area Music Guidelines:
• Use Headphones: The best practice for personal music is using headphones to avoid disturbing others.
• Keep it Low: If using a speaker, keep the volume low enough that it`s not disruptive to people trying to relax or other guests nearby.
