Beautiful views of the river, the room was so cozy, especially with the fireplace. We could see the fireworks from Dollywood! My husband enjoyed the breakfast while we were there. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. If you have a bad back, the beds are quite firm, but other than that, great stay!

Room is very comfortable. Balcony overlooking river provided entertainment watching ducks,geese and even a bald eagle! Breakfast area is comfortable and food was a nice assortment and different every day. It is in a quiet area but your only 2 blocks from all the activity

Another wonderful trip. This time for my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how clean everything was and how beautiful the property was. My granddaughter especially loved the river and the ducks.

The room was clean the breakfast was good and the staff was nice the only issue was when my wife wanted to go out and enjoy the balcony there was another guest smoking on their side of the balcony which had no smoking signs posted my wife has severe asthma so she would have to run back into the room every time other than that it was a great place to stay if you have dogs
