Absolutely loved staying here. I could have sat outside on the balcony all day and watched the wildlife in the creek. And the views were amazing. Hotel was clean from the pool area to the room. Very well kept, very quiet. One of the best stays in my many travels. I will be staying there again.

Limited food options but typical for a motel. This is minor but why only give 2 shampoos, no conditioners and body wash or lotion. Almost all other motels we have stayed in have those things. I had backup but waa a little suprised at the lack of those things.

Nice are with a great view of river if your on that side. Clean rooms and breakfast was ok. Only suggestion would be change the shower curtain because it smelled horrible but bathroom was clean. Beds just ok. Felt lumpy so I had to move a lot to sleep. Also the walls are paper thin so you definitely hear anything and everything from the rooms on either side or outside. Over all nice place with a great view.

A great surprise in Pigeon Forge

Room on the first floor was HUGE!!! The deck overlooking the river was fun to watch the ducks. Even though this may be an older lodge, it was perfect; close to every attraction on the main strip. Dolly Parton's Stampede arena is across the street, a very easy walk. Breakfast did not have too much variety, but the staff was very friendly. We will pick this option again.

My husband and I are seniors. We stayed 6 nights. Everyone was very nice. The housekeeper was there every day unless we left out a sign. In the past, if we stayed all week in a hotel, we had to go get someone to clean or give us supplies. I loved the view of the river from our balcony. We spent every morning and evening there. Breakfast was typical hotel food, not great. The bed was a bit hard for me but I sleep on a really soft bed. Overall it was good and I'd definitely stay again.

Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we always stay here. We tell everybody about it. It is in the perfect location with easy access to everything. The cleanliness is great. We always have great service with your people. I would have liked a few more pillows personally. I really love the balconies in the rooms. Perfect spot to relax and unwind after being out all day.

Good stay! It was quite, clean and the staff was freindly and courteous. The pool was a smaller than expected but we still had a good time in it. The ducks and groundhogs were a cute edition as well! Definitely recommend this place, its tucked away from the strip but not too far, so I enjoyed that.
