I can’t imagine a better view in this city! The location is perfect — right by the Tower and other main attractions, with mini markets and pharmacies nearby. Plenty of restaurants! The property is spotless, and the staff are extremely nice, friendly, and accommodating. It’s also just a 20-minute walk to the Central Train Station, with a taxi stand right outside. A truly perfect place to stay!

Fantastic boutique hotel. Very clean and smart inside. Staff were wonderful. Nothing too much trouble. Right opposite what the Pisa tower. Couldn't be better. Highly recommend it to anyone for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful customer service and truly amazing location. Incredible view of the tower from our room. Beautifully renovated property with very comfortable bed, kettle and water supplied in room. Highly recommended.

I arrived late as my flight was delayed so really only slept and showered. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is right across from the Duomo and tower. There are several restaurants and trattorias nearby but no vehicle access (within restricted city walls) super clean but cramped - historic hotel but lots of stairs or old cranky elevator and can barely fit one person. Same for shower. Slept well but no breakfast. Don’t think it was worth what I paid- no view but again, I got in late.

Didn’t arrive until 2am, self service check in was perfect, completely hassle free! Beautiful, clean room and what a view in the morning! Great coffee shop with outdoor seating below for breakfast.

The front desk staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out. The hotel has a small but convenient elevator, and they kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after check-out. The front desk also arranged a taxi to Pisa Centrale, which arrived within about five minutes. A welcoming and professional place right in the heart of Pisa — thank you!

There’s nothing like this hotel. Staff and room were amazing. The view is incredible. Nothing like it. However it is very noisy outside until about 11 PM which should be expected give the crowds. The noise is worth the experience and view.

Fantastic hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Straight opposite the Tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, had everything you could possibly need along with a stunning room. Would highly recommend here. So many places to eat around the hotel and as you are staying there you get superb photos when everyone else has gone home!
