Terrible. Beds were hard and squeaky. Bathroom was old wallpaper pilling off. Carpet had rips and was dirty. Room had a smell.

Loved how close it was to PPG Paints Arena. It's an ok room for the price, although it was a little small. Parking was not made for suvs. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Perfect for PPG Arena event

Great location for PPG arena events, right next door. Staff handled very high volume check in smoothly and friendly. Walkable to downtown areas and baseball stadium. Clean room, awesome shower pressure, quiet AC, and room (on 4th floor) was quiet for a packed hotel. If ever in Pittsburgh, I’d stay here again for sure.

Nice staff- Subpar Room

The shower floor did not appear clean. There were 2 baseboards missing. The outlet next to the bed did not work on one side and the lamp on the opposite side did not work. Staff was nice but the room was a little disappointing.

Front desk lady didn’t go over prices just charged my card for park and incidental never gave me the option to decline parking on lot or on the street. When discussed with hotel they took no accountability and just continuously told me they go over prices upon checking in when in fact nothing was reviewed with at all. Nice place but after that experience won’t stay again unfortunately.

I had an excellent experience during my stay, thanks in large part to Mohammed, who provided the fastest and most efficient check-in I’ve ever had. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly set the tone for a great visit. . Highly recommend this hotel—especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by him!

Dirty and disgusting.

Staff was friendly, but the rooms are disgusting. My original room had set in stains all over the floor, fresh/uncleaned substances on the floor, and mold all over the shower. My replacement room had trash sticking out from under the furniture, chapstick sitting on the bathroom floor, and no bathroom toiletries. The WiFi also didn't work. Way overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

Stayed for 1 night. Location is great if you’re going to PPG. Check in took over an hour. The rooms are very basic, but rather large. The bathroom shower had caulking cracking all around the tub with large cracks. The A/C was locked and would not go under 71°. When I was checking out 2 staff members were at the checkout desk having an argument. If you’re staying for just a night and going to PPG, it is fine, but for a lengthier stay, I would not recommend.
