Our bathtub would barely drain, so we were standing in ankle deep water during a shower. The maintenance guy came to the room, brought no tools, just showed us how the drain plug worked & left. It was not fixed. Not even any tissues in the room. Parking garage clearance was only 6’, they offered us outdoor parking but there was a snowstorm coming overnight and we were headed to a nearby hospital for surgery in the morning. They coul not guarantee that their “other garage” would have any parking spaces open & I had my 89 year old Dad & 87 year old Mom with me so I needed to park close.

We asked to change the towels and the cleaner lady cleaned whole room. We ordered 10 min before kitchen close , and Izzy from the cafe was very nice. We extended a day and the reception gentleman took care very nice and we didn’t have any problem. Overall, they are nice people working there
