The separate guest suite with direct access comes with its own mini kitchen. Enjoy instant boat access to world-class fishing, endless native wildlife, tranquil sandy beaches and great island restaurants. The master suite includes heated floors and a separate private office/study. The extra-large garage with an epoxy floor offers room for boat trailer and large vehicle parking. The neighborhood is in a prime location in Placida with just a short distance to essential shopping, many restaurants, three marinas, numerous golf courses, and some of the top-ranked parks in the State. Visit historic Boca Grande with miles of pristine sandy beaches only a few miles down the road. This is a minimum three-month rental. No smoking or pets allowed.
