The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm natural plot. There is a second holiday home on the adjacent property and can also be booked on request if desired.
The furnishings in a Mediterranean ambience are cozy and comfortable over 2 floors with a spiral staircase and are only 50 meters from the beach with a playground.
The exclusive holiday home has 100 m² of living space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a counter (stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sufficient dishes), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 shower room with sauna and a hallway with a cloakroom. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
From the balcony or the terrace with awning you can enjoy the unique view of the lake in peace and quiet, have a relaxed breakfast or barbecue. Barbecues and loungers are available in the lockable outbuilding. Bicycles can also be parked here. There are also parking spaces for 2 cars and a trailer parking space.
