The property and the staff were amazing. Well kept grounds and staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of wildlife to see. The drinks were average. I think it was the sour mix that cause some drinks to taste not so good and the best food was at buffett. Restruants were average at best. The restruants that were good had really small portions. The late night entertainment on Platinum Yucatuan was the best. Had to go to the other Princess resorts for that which defeated the purpose of no kids. But trip was very relaxing.

Do not booked with this resort, it's run down and the staff are rude. They do not allow you to make reservations instead you have to wait to eat. We complained several times about having no AC we moved rooms twice still no AC. The sinks didn't drain. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. They also have an American Raccoon that eats at restaurant. When I complained they did nothing but provide excuses. This was not a Coatis but a Raccoon that at any moment could attack a guest. In they had two of there staff tell me they were supervisors, come to find out there were not, and the manager did nothing. If you eat at the outdoor restaurant beware of the raccoon, and the upcharge of $80 for the cheap bottle of wine you could buy in the US for $7.
