Upon checkin I was left standing at the front desk for 20 minutes because I had continuously call the hotel phone in order to wake up the evening clear who was sleeping in the office with the TV blaring so I couldn’t be heard yelling to her. When we finally got to our room we had issues first getting the ac to start and then remaining at temp during the evening. Also the tiling as you enter the room was loose and shifting when walking on them.

The worst hotel I have stayed in by far. The front desk staff rolled her eyes as we came in, was just rude and brushed us off. She had a bad attitude and made it seem like we were a burden for her. Maybe you should hire friendly staff? Or someone who actually enjoys their job? The bed was ROCK hard, had a blood stain on the comforter. The AC worked. That was the only high light of our stay. The bathroom fan squealed whenever you turned it on. A high pitch squealing that you could barely handle until you were done using the bathroom. The lock on the door looked kicked in. We did not enjoy our stay at all. $150 a night is outrageous for such a crappy place. We definitely won’t come back.

When we arrived they had a hard time finding our reservation. When she finally gives us a room the hinge on the door casing was broken. As I looked over the room the bathroom was disgusting. The sink had some white toothpaste left in it along with toothpaste marks on the faucet. The shower and tub had hair in it, mold, and stains from the previous people. The walls were patched with putty but not painted over. The floor was not vacuumed and there was food crumbs in the microwave. I would not recommend staying here, but not to far from here were a few other places to stay. I am sure the owners will leave the same response as the rest. They dont own up to anything. I wish I read the reviews before staying here.

This is an average facility. Nice if you’re doing a quick overnight. The hot water was rusty and somewhat of an oil feel. Not sure what was going on there. The heater was working part of the night and wasn’t heating up as expected.

Less than helpful person checking me in. Shower turned cold after 3 minutes. At 10:30 in the evening, I was told that the water had been shut off in my bathroom and that I could use the bathroom in another room if needed. For this Quality Inn, "quality" is an aspirational goal.
