This hotel discriminates against tea drinkers. There is a fancy coffee maker in the room, with a variety of brews. There are no teabags on the premises. If you want tea, you need to go out to find some and pay for it. The sofa was ripped, there was dust on the door panels. But I was up at 5:00 am to organize paperwork, and there was no tea. I was NOT a happy camper in the morning.

Ryan was a gem. I mentioned in the chat that I was hoping to get my room earlier to get ready for my cousins wedding. He said he could try for 2 and he moved things around and surprised me when I arrived at 1 with a room that was ready for hours at that point. I was able to get ready in perfect time for the wedding. We even talked about how my chat made him laugh because i had asked to speak to a live person because I work in a hotel and recognize the auto replies. I was worried I sounded rude but he thought it was great. Great room. Beautiful hotel and wedding.

For a newer property and over $300 a night the air conditioner was extremely loud, our view was construction and their bar and food stopped at 10pm even though everyone from the weddings were thirsty and hungry also the front desk staff very young and do not know how to be social

What an amazing stay!! Our 2nd consecutive Mother’s Day stay… this may be our new tradition. Huge and beautiful room. The Mother’s Day breakfast was delicious and fun. The pool is perfect with a hot tub that is not too hot. The main pool is not too cold. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
