Welcome to our barrier-free 60-sqm holiday apartment with terrace and garden in Porec.
Our beautiful apartment complex is located in Porec. It is an excellent base for enjoyable activities in this great region. For culinary or oenological oriented people, the district in the southern wine route represents the purest paradise. Wineries without end and great restaurants on the coast and inland Istria are looking forward to seeing you. And if you want to be physically active between all the pleasures, then beautiful hiking trails and cycling trails in the vineyards and Kustenentlang beckon.
Just try it! We offer you a very good place to stay. Our apartment has room for two to five people, is completely renovated and has a private entrance and a beautiful terrace with access to the garden. It is well equipped, so that you can feel completely comfortable.

Beautiful home from home

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Residence Lorena. The apartment was very clean and spacious, and the outdoor pool area was lovely with plenty of space for all guests. Lorena was a very helpful and friendly host, we would be happy to return in the future.

Prima vakantiehuisje voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Netjes en schoon, familiair en super gastvrij. Voordeel dicht bij meerdere supermarkten en uitvalwegen om dagtripjes te kunnen maken. Wel noodzakelijk om eigen vervoer te hebben. Wat wij gemist hebben is het aanbieden van schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Daarnaast wordt op de site niet vermeld dat de airco apart na het verblijf in rekening wordt gebracht en niet inclusief is. Verder een prima vakantie gehad!

... anders kann man es nicht sagen. Freundliche Vermieter die für alles ein offenes Ohr haben, eine saubere und komplett ausgestattete Unterkunft - was will man mehr. Um das Lob komplett zu machen, es war unser zweiter Beduch bei Familie Golob. Das dürfte wohl auch für sich sprechen. Und ja, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit renovierten Bungalows

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lorena ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Unser Bungalow war frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber wie die ganze Anlage inklusive Pool. Ein großer Dank für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, super schönes modernes Haus, tolle Lage. Strand ist in ca 5-10min mit Auto erreichbar, die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar, schöner weg am Meer und am Hafen entlang.
