Community also features the wonderful Downwind cafe and relaxing Girasole Spa. Freshly remodeled beautiful kitchen with Thermador appliances. All the comforts of home but in beautiful central Florida. Close to all beaches and 5-10 minute drive to shopping and fine dining and night life. Located in gated community with 24 hour patrolled security. Pilots will enjoy private airport with taxiway to home. Airport is able to accommodate helicopters to large jets. Property is located a hour from Orlando International Airport, 30 minutes from Sanford Airport and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach Airport and 20 minute drive to Daytona International Speedway and Airport. Also, a 1 hour drive from all Orlando theme parks. Private air show most Friday nights in this exclusive community. Aviation fuel located within the community perfect for bikers.
