Port Richey has a small-town feel, with a rich history. Callie’s Vacation Villa is a phenomenal property offering a full Florida vibe, featuring 2 bedrooms with a king and queen size bed, equipped with Smart TVs, 2 full bathrooms, serene living room with a queen sofa bed and 65 In Smart TV, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. This home provides ample space for family fun, games for game night, seating, eating, and hanging out. Enjoy those moments that are going to engrave memories for a lifetime. Welcoming all guest into a cozy, comfortable environment, where one can unplug to break away, or even plug in and do some remote work If needed. The vibes are to keep guest feeling peace and relaxed. This home provides full privacy. Just off the large family room features sliding glass doors that open to a screened-in porch with comfortable seating. This area is fitted with a safety alarm for your peace of mind.

Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and superb amenities like WiFi, Cable TV, Central AC, ceiling fans, large washer and dryer, Foosball, air hockey, and easels for arts and crafts.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Enjoy the open floor plan kitchen, complete with basic appliances and essentials. Grab a quick bite at the glass table or enjoy a sit-down meal at the dining table, which comfortably seats six.

Pool cleaning happens on Wednesdays, they will access the pool from the locked gate on the side of the house - they will only access the back yard and pool area. The cleaning will only take approx. 30 mins. Cleaners are licensed and verified through a company.

Beach bars are just minutes away. Major stores for groceries and travel needs are just around the corner. Leaving behind your gym, don’t hesitate the neighborhood is great for walks and runs, or just look up the local gyms in the area, so you don’t miss out on your hobbies.

Downtown New Port Richey is just 12 minutes away from the home, where you can explore the historic Richey Suncoast Theatre, enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and biking, and visit parks like Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park and Robert K. Rees Memorial Park.

Beach is 6 Miles away. Sunset beach is 15 miles. Clearwater beach 31 Miles.
You can drive up the nature coast and see Manatees in their natural habitat, or visit he world famous sponge docks.

39 minutes to Tampa Airport, 15 minutes to Gulf beaches, 50 minutes to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. Sunsets and dolphins at nearby Hudson Beach!!

Tarpon Springs... Visit the historical Green Sponge Docks (have lunch !!). Have some fun at the Vintage arcade museum, The Replay.
Dunedin – Visit the amazing art shops, coffee shops and walk on the pier.
