Formal Complaint – Roadway Inn North I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent three-day stay at the Roadway Inn North. During my stay, I did not receive any room service at all. Clean towels were not provided unless I went to the front desk myself to request them, which should not be necessary for a paying guest. Additionally, the daytime front desk staff member was rude and unprofessional, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the level of service fell well below basic hospitality standards. I am disappointed with the conditions and customer service during my stay and felt compelled to formally document these issues.

Stayed two nights and was very pleased. Check in was guick and the girl was extremely friendly. The room exceeded my expectations. It was larger than I expected and the cleanliness was great. If need be I would stay there again.
