TÀmÀ on hiljattain uusittu mökki. 2 makuuhuonetta, yksi kylpyhuone. Mukana ovat kaikki apuohjelmat, taulu-kaapeli-TV, langaton internetyhteys, dvd-soitin, radio, pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Keittiö on tÀysin varustettu kahvinkeitin, leivÀnpaahdin, tehosekoitin. Kala takapihaltÀ. Tuo oma vene lÀhellÀsi olevilla veneramppeilla, jotka ovat vain kahden kadun pÀÀssÀ Rogers Parkista. Tarjolla on kanootti, jossa melat ja pelastusliivit, jotta voit nauttia upeasta Weeki Wachee -joesta.

Place was clean. Location to restaurants, etc good. Wish we could have parked in the driveway off the street and a sidewalk to the porch. Manager was helpful and kind.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This house was like a second home to my family. It has a great location which is close to the commercial listing for food and to the park where the kids can swim. The home came well equipped with kayaks for the beautiful canal behind the home. The host was quick to respond to my messages and was super friendly. I would recommend this to any family traveling into weeki wachee

Nature Getaway

Great location. We used the canoe but also brought a small fishing boat. We saw Manatee almost every time we went out. Had fun fishing the channels. Also encountered dolphins. Home had everything we needed. Loved the extra coat hooks throughout the house and king-size bed in master. Fenced in yard was great . . . Our dog loved it as well!

TheWorst and dirtiest house I've ever stayed in

The pictures of the place were VERY deceiving! different furniture, all floors 1 1/2 inch from one side to the other unlevel! The bathroom was old and unlevel, you felt like you were stepping in a hole everytime you stepped down in it. Most all floors had a step down or 2 steps up. And it smelled musty and moldy
.probably why there were air fresheners plugged in throughout the house. The garbage tote was already half filled up and not emptied. I stayed Jan 2-Jan 22, I could not stay any longer, my reservation in Weeki Watchee should not even be on VRBO, It will be a long time before I rent from VRBO again, I would like my cleaning fee back since I am the one that cleaned everything that was used. I paid A LOT for this dump and knew I could not get my money back so I was very unhappy that I had to stay in it. I could have rented a motel room cheaper and much cleaner than this and I will probably the next time. None of the pictures of the place depicted the way it really was, very deceptive and untruthful. Although, the pictures have been changed since I left the rental. No one paying this much should have to live like that!

River Refuge

Because of Covid 19 we were unable to go many places, but enjoyed kayaking from the river in the backyard and going to the beach 5 miles away. We were uncertain if we were going to be able to leave when our stay was up, and the owners were wonderfully flexible. We appreciated their support during a difficult time.

Weeki Wachee rental

Cozy little home on a canal with a soft relaxing breeze sitting outside. Nice stay away from major traffic, but close to shopping and a nice little beach on the gulf. We had everything we needed for a Nice vacation.

A one month stay-January 2020

The house had about everything you would need & it was decorated nicely. However, we could not get rid of the bad indoor smell, probably due to being an old wood house in a damp location. The 2 mattresses are worn out, uncomfortable, & sag in the middle. The yard was not clean as pictured. The patio was cluttered & there was a lot of extra seating (much needed cleaning). There were 2 nice webbed chairs. The house really could use a good spring cleaning & cleaning in the cupboards. The washer & dryer were nice. Can be a little hard to launch a kayak, depending on the tide, but nice to be able to paddle to the river.

Good stay

Great stay for the price. Owners were very nice and responsive to a few questions we had. Enjoyed using the grill and eating outside on the patio. The canoe and kayak were great fun on the canal, but we had a very difficult (dangerous?!) time getting in and out of them as there was no good place to launch. Otherwise, all was great!

Place was clean and fairly well equipped. Large pontoon boat was docked out back which took away from the view and any chance of fishing. Be advised there is no cell phone service in the area for some reason. You have to drive aways to make calls or text. Wifi was spotty as well.

The house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was even fully equipped for a family Thanksgiving dinner! Very clean and comfortable - just like home! We loved the canal/river access. And our hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs. Highly recommended location and lodging!

Very nice

We spent the whole month of February there. Just perfect for us and our Boston Terrier. Fenced in yard, right on a canal. Lots of outdoor activities. Perfect for a couple.

Cozy, homey cottage surrounded by nature

This cottage on the canal in Weeki Wachee Gardens is only a 10 minute drive to Bayport Park on the Gulf of Mexico, where people gather to watch the beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of parks around so you can enjoy nature even if you don't take advantage of the canoes provided by Paula and Ray. It's also close to all the restaurants and stores you could ask for. Paula and Ray were very responsive and easy to work with, but never intruded. They have the cottage stocked with everything you need to just move right in and start your vacation. It is decorated in a mermaid/nautical theme, which is so appropriate being right by the Weeki Wachee State Park with the mermaid shows. If you're looking for glitzy, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a comfortable, cozy HOME during your vacation, this is it. I have already recommended this cottage to a family member.

QUIET RETREAT

We were very happy with the accommodations and cleanliness of the vacation house. Every detail was perfect. We would recommend this property to friends and would like to return next trip to the area.
