The space
At The Luckie Mermaid:

Guests will find a sparkling clean space with plenty of room to spread out and relax for the whole family! The decor is bright and airy with a some, jewel-tone, mermaid flair. We designed it to be family friendly luxury; keeping beach vibes, comfort, and beauty in mind. New EV charger available and now pet friendly.

While each bedroom is essentially a master suite, equipped with large flat-screen smart HDTV's, large closets, and private bathrooms. The first bedroom is located on the main floor and has a King Size Bed. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and direct access to a screened balcony. The third bedroom is decorated with kids in mind; it has a twin/full bunk bed duo and a futon!

The kitchen literally has sparkling quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with all the essentials with a few surprise upgraded extras!

How do you take your coffee or tea? Guests love the easy-to-use, Keurig K-Duo Plus! Make your coffee by the k-cup or drip an entire pot. A water kettle is also available for tea. Your first few cups are on us!

The living room has a premium sound systems that is amazing, it'll have you wishing for a rainy day! Our big-screen, smart TV's are equipped with several streaming networks available for our guests to enjoy! Roku, Hulu, Netflix and Disney + are on us for the length of your stay! Beach Movie Night has never sounded so good!

For music lovers, the premium sound system also has bluetooth! The sound is superb and it's simple to use! Connect to your phone and enjoy!

Free Parking is available for guests, two in front of the house and overflow in the round-about! Level 2 EV charging available.

Full access to the entire house. There are several locked closets upstairs for service workers. They are labeled, please refrain from forcing these doors open.

Unfortunately, no boat parking is allowed at this time. We have pre-arranged boat or trailer parking at a convenient, close and secure location for a set fee. Please message the hosts once booked for details. Price is around $80. Information is also located in the guest book.
