KULMAKAUVAN KOTI CAPE SAN BLAS


Valmistaudu omiin seikkailuihisi paratiisissa tässä päivitetyssä 4 makuuhuoneen, 4 kylpykotissa, joista on näkymät lahdelle. Nauti pelaamisesta yksityisellä uima-altaalla. Tai tartu jonkin verran rantatuoleja, sateenvarjoja ja leluja varastotilasta ja suunna alle 300 jalkaa legendaariseen valkoiseen hiekkaan Cape San Blas -rannalla. Myöhemmin voit huuhdella mukana suljetussa kylmässä / kylmässä ulkosuihkussa.


Kodin ensimmäisellä tasolla löydät viileitä laattoja avoimessa keittiössä ja loistavassa huoneessa sekä näkymät kauniille Meksikonlahdelle. Kansi oleskelutilan ulkopuolella sisältää portit koirille tai lapsille, kuistilla keinun ja pöydän / tuolit 4: lle. Koirat ovat ihanteellisia aidattuun alueeseen. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on ruostumattomat laitteet (uudet vuonna 2013) ja kaikki tarvittavat astiat, keittiövälineet ja välineet. Laattatasossa on neljä, ruokapöydässä kuusi. Mukavien nahkaisten oleskelualueiden lisäksi oleskelutilassa on kirjoja, pelejä, kortteja, musiikkijärjestelmä ja taulu-tv DVD: llä ja äänipalkilla.


Ensimmäisellä tasolla on myös kuningatar-makuuhuone, jolla pääsee kannelle ammattimaisesti maisemoidulle uima-altaalle ja St. Joe's Bay. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on pääsy kylpyhuoneeseen, johon pääsee myös pääasiallisesta oleskelutilasta. Erillinen pesutupa, jossa täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, sijaitsevat kätevästi ensimmäisellä tasolla.


Seikkailun paratiisin toisella tasolla on parkettilattiat makuuhuoneissa # 2 ja # 3. Makuuhuone # 2 on päällikkö, jolla on king-vuode, oleskelualue, iso taulutelevisio ja pääsy yläkerrokseen, jossa on istuimet ja upeat näkymät lahdelle. Auringonlasku on täältä erityisen häikäisevä. Master-kylvyssä on kaksinkertaiset nieluja. Makuuhuoneessa # 3 on queen-vuode, taulu-TV DVD / videonauhurilla ja iso oma kylpyhuone ja vaatekaappi.


Kodin kolmannella tasolla on neljäs makuuhuone - oma parvi, jossa on kaksoisvuode kokonaan kerrossänkyyn vyöhykkeellä (vuodepaikkoja 4). Se on täydellinen lapsille. Parvella on vaatehuone ja täysi kylpyamme sekä iso taulutelevisio ja DVD. Parvi on ainoa huone 3. tasolla. Sillä ei ole ovea.


Voit pysyä yhteydessä ilmaiseen WIFI: hen ja pitkän matkan päässä. Aina vähintään kahdelle autolle on katettu pysäköintialue. Kaasugrilli, hiiligrilli ja piknikpöytä ovat käsillä. Tavarahissit päivittäistavaroille ja matkalaukkuille! Jos mistä tahansa loppuu - tai et tunne ruoanlaittoa - pieniä kauppoja on alle puoli mailia kumpaankin suuntaan. Se on helppo kävelymatka pyörätielle tai voit ottaa aikuisen 3-pyöräisen pyörän varastotilaan. Pohjoinen on Cape Trading Post ja eteläinen Scallop Cove -kauppa. Molemmat myyvät melkein mitä tahansa keitetyt ruoat mukaan lukien (voileivät, pizzat jne.)

We rented paddleboards and bikes and had a great week in a beautiful location. The house could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived as we noticed pet hair and dust both downstairs as well as in bedrooms. The sliding doors on the main level did not slide well which was frustrating, but not an huge deal overall. The management company was very responsive about a pool heating issue, which was resolved quickly. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great Family Vacation

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our pets and it offered a great environment for them with a fenced in backyard. We would highly recommend this location if you are planning a vacation.

Beautiful home with everything you need, always clean, spacious, awesome kitchen, master suite with views of the ocean, outside grill, private pool, decks to enjoy eating outside listening to the waves, watching sunsets and sunrises, back yard fenced area back yard. We have visited here a couple times a year for past several years and ALWAYS look forward to coming back to our home away from home.

Great home!

The house was roomy and wonderful. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but they were sufficient. The property manager and his staff were fantastic. When we called with a question it was answered and when we had a small issue, it was handled very quickly! Highly recommend you use them!

Kitchen very well stocked. The railing on the deck from the master bedroom were very loose but we called to let rental company know. The nails in deck also need to be nailed in. And the bedroom on main floor did not have good air flow it was always warmest place in house. Our family would enjoy coming back to this house again.

The fenced yard and porch in the back made it super easy to let the fur babes out, and we loved having the private pool as well. The beach is just a short walk down the pathway. Overall, this is a 10/10 for us and we would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

Parking for more than 2 cars!!

The parking worked out great... if you have 10 or more people staying in a house you normally need more than 2 spaces for vehicles!! We had 6 vehicles, and we parked with no problems!! The walk to the beach was not bad, even us old folks had no problem getting there! There is a cargo lift that will take all your luggage and groceries up to the 2nd floor where the kitchen is. That was great!! The check in process was ok. You had to stop at the realtor place that was on the way to the house, not out of the way at all. However, if you checked in after-hours the packet was in a drop box. It would feel safer if there was a code to unlock the box. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again!

The added bonus was the property was pet friendly. Would highly recommend this location. The views were just breath taking, was also a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Our dog loved to lay out on the deck relaxing in the sun, and we loved that everything was gated to keep him contained. Thank you Coastal Joe’s for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back next year.

Relaxing stay!

House was clean and stocked very well with things you may not think to bring for your stay. Only issue we had was upon arrival there was a surplus of overflowing trash from the guests before us and those prior guests did not have the courtesy to put their trash out at the trash pickup spot with the other houses on the lane that had their trash cans there and ready for pick up as well. I'm not sure that is on this rental agency as much as prior guests not taking pride and responsibility with the property in maintaining the cleanliness and following trash guidelines in the renters guide. Other than that little issue everything was superb and this house was a great choice for us and we had a great time. I will rent again in the future and come back !

Family Thanksgiving

Spacious. Clean. Kitchen very well appointed. 9 adults. 3 married couples used the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen has a door to the bathroom but this bathroom would be shared by all because it’s off the kitchen. The other 3 adults shared the top loft floor. There is a bathroom up there also. There are a lot of stairs in this house. The cargo lift was very helpful while unpacking. The back porch is nice if you have pets. The only thing I would caution is a small dog can escape through the bars and the steps leading down to the sandy fenced area have a pretty sizable gap that a curious smaller dog can get through. This house was perfect for our long Thanksgiving weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this home because of the fenced yard for my dogs. We absolutely loved staying here. The Coastal Joe staff was very helpful. This house didn't have a vacuum cleaner so I contacted Coastal Joe. They brought me one to use during my stay the same day. The views from the third deck are stunning. The neighbors (Pat & Dan) are very nice. The only things that I feel would improve the vacation are a curtain or blinds for the sliding door in the living room, dishwasher detergent (they give you one), toilet paper, and more than one trash bag. Also, a couple of high back Adirondack chairs for the upper deck. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The beach was beautiful. The cargo lift was excellent for unloading and loading my car. My dogs and I really enjoyed the time we spent at this house.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was wonderful. They were very responsive and helpful. You do need a key for the property. It comes with 2 keys. It's inconvenient when a lot of people are staying together and doing different things. We ended up leaving the door unlocked most of the time. The fence was good for the larger dogs but our 10 pound chihuahua walked right through it. There are 2 sets of stairs on the deck going down to the fenced area. 2 of our dogs were scared of the open steps. We had to carry our biggest one up and down the first half of the trip but then she got brave. The pool isn't very big. The beach access was close and the beach cart and chairs were perfect. The bay access is down the street a ways with no parking so we launched our kayaks from the state park. If you're a foodie this area isn't for you. We didnt find anything amazing at the restaurants in the area. We did get the cake donuts from Webers. We waited over an hour and a half. They were good but I wouldn't wait again. The bike/walking trail is nice and just across the street. I love that the dogs could go onto the beach. The beach was never crowded which was nice. We were there over 4th of July and there were plenty of fireworks set off on the beach that could be seen from the house. The house itself was great. It could use a few repairs but overall clean and well stocked with lots of dishes, etc. If you are looking for a place away from a lot of touristy type stuff and just want to sit on the beach this is perfect. Not sure we will stay in this area again mainly because of the restaurant options. I don't want to do much cooking while on vacation and when bringing dogs I don't want to have to travel far to get meals.

Wonderful vacation

The home was lovely, clean, and very well stocked with kitchen items as well as beach gear. The pool area was so nice, and the distance to the beach was even closer than the pictures appeared. Overall, we had the best time in this beautiful home! Coastal Joe's staff are also awesome and very easy to reach and work with and made the rental process a breeze! We will definitely be back!

Amazing rental!

Fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the beach accessories really helped lessen our packing. We will visit again soon!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our last minute trip to Cape San Blas! This home was great- a quick walk to the beach and had abundant towels, blankets, comfy beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for us with our Golden and it was nice to have our own pool as well. We loved being close enough to the Trading Post to walk for donuts, ice cream, etc. The back deck could use some repair work and I would be cautious if you had young kids in your group with nails sticking up. We also purposely did not rent bikes since there was one advertised as available with the home and it was unfortunately not there when we arrived. I also hope the company is honest about construction/building that seems to be very close to starting right behind the house- we saw people in/out all week prepping to build and had a great view of a tipped over port-a-potty right behind the fenced in yard. But overall would definitely stay in this house again and hope to be back soon!
