GULF FRONT - Tämä neljän makuuhuoneen / neljän kylpy koti sijaitsee Indian Passilla ja siinä on kaikki tarvittavat täydelliseen rantaloman viettoon. Kodin alla oleva suuri avoin pysäköintialue sekä lisäpysäköinti ajotieltä tarjoaa tarpeeksi tilaa veneen tuomiseen. Kätevästi kodin puolella on runsas kokoinen kalanpuhdistusallas, joka on täysin varustettu helppokäyttöiseksi.

Tässä kauniissa kodissa on kaksi portaita - hissi on kuitenkin vuokrattavana pientä maksua vastaan. Hissi alkaa pohjakerroksesta ja voi pysähtyä jokaisessa kerroksessa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa erilliset kylpyhuoneet. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on upeat näkymät lahdelle omilla parvekkeilla. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, plasmatelevisio, tilavat kaapit, lasiset pariovet, jotka kävelevät ulos kansille, ja PALJON LISÄÄ. Kahdessa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas, laatta-suihku ja oma wc-alue. Kolmannessa master-kylpyammeessa on kaksoisallas ja yhdistelmäsuihku / amme. Kaikki kolme master-kylpyhuonetta ovat erittäin tilavia ...

Toinen taso on ihastuttavasti sisustettu keittiö, olohuone ja ruokailutila - kaikista on upeat näkymät lahdelle. Keittiöstä löydät neljän silmukan kaasuliesi, jossa on uuni, iso parioveinen jääkaappi, kaksinkertainen pesuallas, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni ja baarin vieressä oleva iso saari, jossa on lisäistuimia. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla ruoanlaittovälineillä, joita tarvitaan ollakseen se kokki, jonka olet myös halunnut olla! Kahdeksan paikkainen ruokailutila on ylivoimaisesti paras paikka nauttia illallisesi. Jokainen ruokailija nauttii henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä autioista rannoista, uskomattomista auringonlaskuista ja upeista lahden tuulet. Neljäs makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone sijaitsevat myös tässä kerroksessa, lahden puolella.

Nauti mailia autioista rannoista ja kauniista auringonlaskuista kannelta tai kävele alas rannalle ja rentoudu kuuntelemalla valtameren rauhallista ääntä. Tarvitsetko vähän muuta toimintaa? Tartu kalastusnapaasi ja kaloihisi rannalta, kävele rantaa pitkin ja löydä merikooria, mennä rapistamaan, katsomaan delfiinien leikkiä tai katsomaan merikilpikonnien luukua. Lista jatkuu ja jatkuu - Jokaiselle on ehdottomasti jotain!
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Money Bayou. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 4 kylpyhuonetta.

5th time at this property

Once again, we had a great stay. This was our 5th time at this house and we will be staying again in 2026. It is the perfect layout and has everything we need. We have several people with mobility issues so the elevator is helpful. Love that it is 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very clean and well supplied. Our group had 4 couples and the home has great gatherings spaces as well as a bedroom and a bathroom for each couple. The screen porch is a favorite spot. The beach is beautiful and there were only a few people on the beach each day. The only challenge we faced is it is hard to get the tv working properly. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we are already booked to come again next year.

Wonderful property!

This home is in such a great location. We had the extended family staying and it was helpful that each bedroom had its own bath. The washer and dryer were nice, and the kitchen/dining/living areas spacious and worked well with a group. The screened porches were fantastic with a fabulous view! Hurray for the elevator when transporting suitcases and groceries! The beach was uncrowded and the area interesting. We appreciated the use of beach chairs and baby items. Communication was excellent with a helpful, friendly, professional host.

Paradise!

Everything about the home and the location was paradise! The home was decorated impeccably and had everything needed to have a wonderful time. The screened porches were wonderful to sit out on and watch the sunset and afternoon storm clouds roll by. The most exciting thing for all of us over 60’s was the elevator! It made hauling our baggage, groceries, etc. a breeze. Well worth the additional cost! Thanks to the owner for providing us with such a great place to unwind. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Perfect for special needs families

Everyone in our family loved staying in this beach house. They had a pack n play and high chair, which was a great surprise since we had two babies. Highly recommend this house for special needs parents. The kids are safe on any balcony. The beach is very private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Love this property!

This was the second time our family stayed at this house. It had everything we needed in a very quiet location for a great family vacation. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times during our week-long stay and every inquiry was responded to in a very timely fashion.

Another amazing vacation at this house

This was our 4th stay here and we are about to book again for next year. We usually have 6-7 adults over 50 and several in their 80s. The elevator is a must for several family members. It is nice that one of the bedrooms isn’t a bunk room like most houses we have looked at. Also, we love the screened porches. We sit out there every night and only have to worry about no see ums. We love this house and the management company is great! Thanks for another great stay!

Absolutely lovely!

This gorgeous and super clean beach house was right on its own private beach without too many other houses around. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cooking items, like Ninja pots and pans. The screened in balconies are wonderful for relaxing and for watching your teens play on the beach without always having to go down with them. We found lots of fun shells on the beach. They send a list of items to bring right before the reservation, so be sure to pack those. For example, there was less a roll of toilet paper per bathroom provided and some bathrooms didn't have hand soap. The closest grocery store is in Port St. Joe, and there are cute little stores there for a shopping afternoon. Skully's shrimp boil on Cape San Blas was delicious. It was a wonderful vacation in a lovely beach house!

Great Beach House!

Our two families of 4 (8 total) loved our stay at this property. The house was in good shape and as described on the listed. Loved the 2 masters overlooking the ocean. Just steps from Indian Pass beach for pure seclusion. Property management communication was great and they went above and beyond when my son left his favorite stuffed animal. We will definitely rent this house again.

Excellent Multigenerational Family Vacation

We stayed at the property for a week and it definitely felt like home. The ocean front property was incredible and the easy access down to the beach was ideal for our family. It truly felt like a private beach all week. We loved the screened in porch for our kids to safely play as well as keep those bugs out so we could enjoy the view all day & evening. We are big cooks so we came prepared with all the little things needed to make a meal. The kitchen was decently stocked. We packed the fridge full so it would have been nice to have a second fridge dedicated to drinks. We ended up using our cooler the entire week due to lack of space. It wasn’t a huge deal…we just had a lot of food/drink that we brought ourselves since the grocery store isn’t close. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off the kids after a beach day! Overall we loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We are no strangers to the Forgotten Coast. We have historically always stayed on the Cape, but I am an Indian Pass convert. This house was PERFECT for our stay. I have absolutely no complaints. The *one* note was that we all wished there was an “open”/hall bath on the main floor, as our earliest adult to bed was on that floor. Lesson learned for next time! 100% worth it to pay the elevator fee.. so convenient! We must have gone when most other schools started, because it was just us and our neighbors. No one else for 200 yards in either direction!

Our favorite house on Indian Pass. Sixth stay in the past ten years. House has obviously aged since our first stay in 2015 but it is still in good shape. Experienced exceptional weather, blue/green water (which is not the norm) and actually wished for the afternoon pop up showers but they never came. New rental on the lot to the west (it's close), and plenty of new construction on the Pass. Not as quiet as it used to be, but beaches are still relatively empty. Mismatched pots& pans, lids lacking, but kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Disliked that the under counter ice maker was replaced by a wine fridge. Furniture in good shape although I think it's time for mattresses to be replaced. Touch up interior painting needed along with minor repairs (toilet paper holders, wall/door dings, etc). Searenity could really use a deep clean but hard to do when it is rented the majority of the year. That said, we are already booked for next summer.

Beautiful Home and Location

My family (7 adults, 1 teenager, 1 toddler, and 1 infant) stayed in this beautiful home and wonderful location for 3 days and wished we could have stayed so much longer. We will definitely look to schedule another vacation in the future. The home was beautiful and super clean. The amenities were plentiful, and the listing was completely accurate. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the communication from the property management was stellar. She even reached out to let me and the family know we could check in early as the home was ready. The location was amazing and, we loved it! The bedrooms were all spacious and beds comfortable. The family room and screened in decks/porches were definitely a favorite place to be as the wind from the beach kept it cool in the heat. We had zero issues with the property or service during our stay. The only issue we had was the weather unfortunately. But that's the Gulf Coast during the summer.

3-family vacation

The house worked perfect for three families. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen and family room was big enough for all 10 of us. Easy haul to the beach. We loved it. The only con was I wish it had a half bath on the living area floor and the dryer took forever to dry (vent tube might need to be cleaned). A squeegee to remove the water after washing off beach chairs and floats would be helpful. We would love to come back next year!

Not as clean as it should be, new house right beside it now, so didn’t have the peace and quiet we had the first time we stayed here. Could not watch any movies, because the tv was not working right. Love the location and views are spectacular! Love the private beach!!!
