PURKASTAMISEN MIKHAELIN PÄIVITYS
Turtle Townhouse on valmis nauttimaan. Se on erinomaisessa kunnossa. Se on ”lomavalmis”. Itse Dunes-dyynit ovat palvelleet paluunsa hurrikaanin edeltäneeseen tilaan. Molemmat uima-altaat ovat käynnissä. Allas, joka on 20 askeleen päässä Turtle Townhousesta, on lämmitetty, voimaan 1. maaliskuuta. Korjauksia tapahtuu kaikkialla Cape San Blasissa, Port St. Joe, Indian Pass -alueet; useimmat Barrier-dyynit ovat täydellisiä. Ranta on saanut uutta hiekkaa kadonneiden hiekkadyynien korvaamiseksi, ja kävelytiet / rampit on rakennettu uudelleen. Ranta on auki ja valmis nauttimaan. Cape San Blasilla on auki kaksi tavarataloa ja huoltoasemaa sekä St. Joe Shrimp Company -kalamarkkinat (tarjoillaan myös lounasta) auki. Weberin munkit ovat auki. Polkupyörän / kajakin vuokraus toimii. Golfkenttä on avoinna.
Port St. Joe, suurin osa ravintoloista on avoinna. Piggley Wiggley- ja Dollar General -myymälät ovat avoinna. Siivousta tapahtuu edelleen; ja jatkuu lähitulevaisuudessa.

Kaupunkitalomme sijaitsee Cape San Blasilla, Meksikonlahden toisella puolella ja St. Toisaalta Joseph's Bay. Sijaitsee Barrier Dunesissa, aidatulla alueella, jolla on pääsy rannalle. Kahden makuuhuoneen kaupunkitalomme on hyvin varusteltu ja erittäin siisti.

Kävele 2 minuuttia rannalta, jonka Dr. oli suositellut rannalle. Stephen Leatherman (alias Dr. Ranta). Valkoinen hiekka, smaragdinvihreä vesi, lähellä rantaa leikkivät delfiinit tekevät tästä koskemattomasta rannasta, joka on 18 mailia pitkä, upea paratiisin osa, jossa voit kävellä heidän sydämensä sisältöön. Monta kertaa olet ainoa rannalla.

Perheet nauttivat paitsi lämpimästä hiekasta ja vedestä, myös kahdesta uima-altaasta, varustetuista kalastuslammikoista ja Barrier Dunesin valaistuista tenniskentistä. Golfarit löytävät St. Joseph's Bay Country Club -kurssi (vain 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä) haastava ja luonnonkaunis.

Barrier Dunes sijaitsee Pietarin portilla Joseph's Bayn osavaltion puisto, joka tarjoaa kauniita retkeilyreittejä lahden varrella, upeita dyynit ja erinomaisen lintujen tarkkailua. St. Joseph's Bay tarjoaa runsaasti aktiviteetteja, mukaan lukien veneily, melonta, snorklaus, kalastus ja eräitä parhaimmista kampasimista lahdella.

Tässä kaupunkitalossa on kolme parveketta, joista kahdessa on näkymät lampille ja sen monille kilpikonnille. Kannilla on istuimet ulkona, terassi pöytä, sateenvarjo, kaasugrilli ja upea auringonvalo.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, vierashuoneessa on queen-vuode, ja siinä on taitettava queen-vuodesohva. Se nukkuu mukavasti kuusi. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on monia mukavuuksia, kuten jääpalakone, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja kaikki pienet kodinkoneet.

Makuuhuoneessa on täysi kylpyamme, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta, puutarha-amme ja iso erillinen suihku. Siinä on iso vaatehuone.

Vierashuoneessa on täysi kylpyamme kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneissa on kaapeli-HD-televisio. DVD-soitin on saatavana olohuoneessa. WIFI on saatavana.

Autotallin ulkopuolella olevassa varastotilassa on käytettävissä rantatuoleja, potkulevyjä, joitain hiekkakauhoja ja leluja. On ulkosuihku kuumalla ja kylmällä juoksevalla vedellä. Se sopii hiekan puhdistamiseen tai koiran pesemiseen. Meillä on kaksi uutta aikuista polkupyörää (yksi uros, yksi naispuolinen) käytettävissä vuokralaisten käyttöön.

Kaupunkitalon takana olevassa lampissa on lukuisia kilpikonnia, josta siis tulee nimi Turtle Townhouse. Kilpikonnat tulevat tapaamaan sinua, jos tulet ulos kannelle, ja he haluavat syödä leivänmuruja, jos haluat ruokkia niitä.

Cape San Blas on erityinen paikka. Se on rentouttavaa ja tulet olemaan iloinen, että löysit tämän paikan.

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed for a week and we had a great time. The property is clean and fits exactly what you need if you are a beach goer. We enjoyed our time spent in the condo, though we spent most on the beach. We brought our own chairs, but they provide some If you prefer to pack light.

Perfect!

The property is perfectly located by the smaller pool and an easy, short walk to the beach. Barbara was great to communicate with, she checked in with us after we arrived and was so easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean, lots of supplies for both the property and the beach available.

Awesome place!

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas and it was a great experience. Most of the things you need are already available in this rental. We enjoyed the turtles that came out to sun and eat bread everyday. I was concerned about the walk to the beach and the stairs to the room for my 80 yr old mother but she made it fine morning and evening. The beach was not too crowded, we left our tent and chairs out all week. Everyone we encountered was friendly and nice. The things you do need you might want to pick up in Port Saint Joe on your way in. We ate at the Cape Smokehouse and it was good. Beach planet had some nice souvenirs. The owners are very responsive. We hope to return.

Great Holiday home

This place is in very good condition, all is well maintained, very clean and well equipped with everything you need and can think of for a good, relaxing holiday and to feel at home. Well Appointed and Clean

We had a very relaxing stay at Turtle Townhouse. The place was very clean and well appointed. It was so nice to have paper products, laundry supplies, spices and condiments, coffee, etc. supplied so we didn't have to worry about purchasing them. This was our third stay in the Barrier Dunes complex over the last 10 or so years, and it was our favorite. The walk to the beach was very short, the pool was just steps away, and the turtles in the pond were fun to watch. The two questions we had during our stay were answered immediately by our hosts via text. We would very much recommend a stay here, and would definitely like to come back ourselves.

A great place to relax

This is a very nice place to unwind and relax. We had an awesome time! Everything we needed was right there. The internet was great for our son who had to work. It’s just a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed feeding the turtles and fish. We hope to be back soon!

Nice place. Perfect for our needs, which were primarily for sleeping space. AC went out and the owner/manager promptly got it repaired. We’ll stocked and my two year old granddaughter loved the turtles.

Wonderful, more affordable Beach Townhouse!

We very much felt at home in the Turtle Townhouse! I was so impressed with how clean it was! I liked that it was not cluttered, but still had everything we needed and I liked the owners taste. Some considerations for dog parents: Our dog was afraid of going down the slippery steep stairs & is too heavy to carry, so we had to take him out on the stair case from the balcony, which has wood stairs, but are open from the back, so it was a bit of a challenge at first. The stairs to the upper master bedroom are covered with carpet though.

Family get away

Turtle townhouse was everything we had hoped. Our teenagers were still in college remotely, so we cooked in a lot and the kitchen is very well stocked for 5 people with anything you could need. The beach is absolutely beautiful and a very short walk. Very nice beach chairs are provided, but could use a new wagon to pull them because they are heavy. We had a great stay and would definitely go back!

Great area!

We enjoyed our stay! Great place to call our home for a week. It’s a short walk to the beach, and all the extra beach items we had to use was awesome. Barbara was fast to respond with any questions, and made the whole rental and check in process extremely easy.

Beautiful place to stay - location, location, location

This is by far one of the best VRBO we have been to. When looking for a place that allows 2 med/big dogs your choices are limited. Then when you look for activities to do with your dogs in the area it narrows the selection even further. If you have dogs that either love the beach / water or just enjoys walks, this is an excellent place to stay. All beaches on Cape San Blas are dog friendly. Our place was in a great location. We enjoyed being by the turtle pond. If short walk to the beach. The place was a great size. It was well stocked and a number of extra touches. If we are vacationing in the gulf again, we would definitely return to this place. Fun was had by all.

A Great Escape!

Freezing Ice in Texas had just sold our home and we were heading to Tennessee, freezing rain and ice there too. While stopped in Slidell, La we took a SE turn to our favorite beach ever, Cape San Blas. The Turtle House and Barbara & Tom the owners were very accommodating. Our stay was totally comfortable for three glorious weeks, the condo is very well equipped, the yummy fresh fish just down the road to purchase and cook, some awesome days of the bluest of blue skies, the most amazing stars, and the breathtaking sunsets... We would happily stay again. And we will!! Thank you so much Barbara & Tom you're the best!
