SANDY CAY tarjoaa laajat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle, helpon pääsyn rannalle omassa takapihalla, rantahotellin koholla olevasta uima-altaasta, josta löydät henkeäsalpaavat näkymät ja jokaiselta kannelta koet auringonlaskun ja illanäkymät toisin kuin mikään muu. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita tässä kodissa on tarjota, ekstravagantti, rannikkoelämä on aivan käden ulottuvilla.

Täydellinen suurille ryhmille, jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja 4 tilavaa Master-sviittiä varmistaa, että aikuiset tuntevat hemmottelua. Lasten sviitti varmistaa, että lapset tietävät myös olevansa tervetulleita.

Just what we needed!

Perfect location, beautiful home! Highly recommended. We came with out children, grandchildren and elderly grandparents. The elevator was definitely a plus! The beach was easily accessible and the house was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Blast At The Beach!

We loved this house and the Cape San Blas area for our holiday vacation. Our family of 10 had plenty of room and loved being directly oceanfront. The views were amazing and the area was beyond peaceful. So why the three-star review? It’s a five-star house that needs a very-deep clean and a week's worth of handyman attention. We had an amazing time and made so many memories but the house didn’t live up to the photos.

Great memories made

Over all it was an awesome vacation with my family . There were a few things wrong on arrival gate code didn’t work and and sand on floor even though they said was inspected after cleaned and a curtain rod was not together when opened it poped out a piece was missing and wouldn’t go back together. The ice maker that was separate from refrigerator didn’t work and some trim in kitchen around the island was not attached at all and a few deck boards were not screwed down and a window alarm fell off window as we were eating . The beds were great if you like very soft beds but being older firmer is better at least in a few rms . But we had some good times and great memories made for sure .wish they had a few chairs for the beach .

We had a great time at this home. It’s large just as described. Step right off the back deck onto the sand that meads directly down to the beach. So handy and helpful. With little ones it was great to be right on the beach. No drives anywhere.

We loved the house the location and the proximity to the beach was fantastic! The check in was different and I’m not that iPad savvy so it wasn’t my favorite. The pool was dirty when we got there and nobody cleaned it all week. We added water to it because it was getting below the skimmer. Lots of codes but the only thing we needed was the door code. We wish there was a pantry but we figured it out. It would be nice to have a few dressers in some of the rooms. We all unpack and like dressers. Outside looks a little unkept yard wise. However cape and costal was great to work with. Loved the lit boardwalk. Outside steps were great, bathrooms and bedrooms were great too. Nice to have an ice machine. Gaskets may need replacing soon. We swept everyday for sand and dog hair. So broom and dustpan were great to have. We will probably rebook for next year!

Fun Week

The property was good but is a little tired compared to last year. The dishwasher was rigged together and the pool heater was broken (we had already paid and not told that it wasn’t working until we got there). The living room furniture is a bit dirty and tired as well. Overlooking those things, the setting and beach (and new boardwalk) were beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked! The outdoor shower is a plus!

Fabulous

Overall, the house was fabulous. Small things like not as clean as I would have liked even though cleaning crew had just left. Sand on floors and tables and we couldn’t get in until 5:45 because they weren’t done cleaning. Any small issues we had, Cape and Coast was very responsive! House has amazing views, is fully stocked in the kitchen and we will definitely go back!

Great Views, Cleanliness Lacking

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home & location were spectacular. Couldn’t ask for better views. However the cleanliness of the house was horrible. We spent the first few hours after checking in cleaning the whole home before moving in for the week. The counters in the kitchen & tabletops in the living room were sticky with crumbs all over. Every bathroom had hair in the drains & all over the counters. The handrails between on the stairs were sticky from use. There were multiple lights in the house that didn’t work; some were missing bulbs while others we’re just broken, including the one in the elevator (there’s a little light on the instrument panel that worked, but the overhead light didn’t). The home is clearly used hard as one would expect a vacation home to be - chipped/worn paint in places. But it’s like the cleaning crew didn’t come by at all. There were dirty bed linens in the closet of the 4th floor master suite when we got there - just rolled up on the floor. The couches also had food crumbs all over them & in the cushions. I understand that it’s a vacation home & not everything will be flawless, but honestly the cleanliness was severely lacking. All in all I’d recommend the home: it’s a beautiful home with the best location on the beach. But they really need to get a new cleaning crew.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this home multiple years now. Property is very good, beachfront at a good location with pool up front. Bedrooms are great and spacious and some of the beds are comfortable. Lots of room for multiple families. Kitchen is large and well-stocked, lots of seating options for meals and socialization.Cons - Some doors were hard to open (sounds funny but all week adults had to stop what they were doing to open the doors for kids and they would be stuck in or out), cleaning was just okay - found some dead bugs & sandy floor when we got there, AC had some issues and had to be serviced but the service was fairly prompt.Went to book another year and price went up by almost 70%. It's priced out of being a good cost/value now. The house is simply not worth the cost after price hikes going into the 2022 season. Sad to see.

The house is spacious and well laid out. The beach gear delivery was convenient and with the wagon we brought it was not terrible to haul the umbrellas and beach chairs each day. The pool was wonderful to chill in at night and the view of the ocean and stars amazing! We didn’t eat out at all since we had so many traveling with us but the kids enjoyed walking to get ice cream and donuts. Get there super early for donuts! We purchased wood at the trading post and had beach fires which was really nice! Very low key and quiet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves theCape! We keep coming back! We have stayed in many houses on the Cape but Sandy Cay was by far the best. In spite of the wind (red flag all week) we had a wonderful time. Our only complaint is that two of the bathrooms had not been cleaned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very spacious, having the extra game table was great for not having to pick up puzzles . We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the morning and drinks on the back porch with the sunset at night . The top bedroom was great was spacious to getting the wedding party dresses.

Beautiful property

Lovely home, lots of space, great kitchen and supplies, nice linens, good layout. Only 2 problems were the water had to be boiled all week because of some issue with the county and we found dog hair in our sheets (We washed them before using) and hair balls in the shower and under the beds(We had to vacuum). OK after that!
