Guests will have full access to the entire main home, including all three bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and all three private balconies with ocean views. You’ll also have exclusive use of the private garage, making parking and unloading easy and convenient. The outdoor grill and shower are available for your use—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and enjoying casual outdoor meals.

Within the community, guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities, including the sparkling pool, playground, and private beach access. The beach entrance is just a short walk away, allowing you to come and go with ease throughout your stay.

Please note that this home is located within a residential community, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and follow all posted community guidelines during their stay.

Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property.

Sea turtle protection: During nesting season, please do not disturb sea turtles, nests, or hatchlings. Avoid using bright lights on the beach at night and fill in any holes or smooth out sand structures before leaving.

There are cameras set up in the community areas (pool, club house, etc.)

Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without refund.


Please know that the community pest control company comes in on the first Wednesday of each month to spray for bugs, while we will always try to remind guests of this the night before, if a holiday falls on a weekday, this may bump up the schedule without notice.
