ACQUAMARINA - PORTO AZZURRO

The apartment Acquamarina is in Porto Azzurro, one of the most renowned Elba’s towns. It is also known by its ancient name of Porto Longone, which was given to the village at its foundation by Philip III of Spain, back in 1603. The village was supposed to be some sort of a fortification to defend the territory. Nowadays, Porto Azzurro is a typical fishing village. Its large square overlooks the harbor and it is surrounded by beautiful beaches. The town offers its visitors a large variety of interesting activities, thanks to its rich natural heritage and an equally varied artistic and cultural heritage. Walking through the historic downtown’s narrow alleys and streets, you are immediately fascinated by the majestic palaces, proof of its ancient past. You can also enjoy markets, clubs and a great variety of shops which, together with shows and other events, enliven this beautiful town in the evening. If you enjoy relaxing and lying in the sun, your favorite beaches will be Barbarossa, Reale and Terranera.
Two-room apartment Acquamarina 2/4 pax: available for our guests this lovely apartment in a small building composed of several accommodations, of about 48 square meters, which is accessed by going down a few steps from which you directly reach a comfortable outdoor area equipped with table and chairs. The apartment has independent entrance and consists of a comfortable living room with kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, electric oven, refrigerator with small freezer), TV and a nice double sofa bed, a small hallway, a double bedroom, a bathroom with window, equipped with shower and washing machine. The apartment has been recently renovated with a new and very comfortable furniture, with air conditioning and heating. The apartment has a private uncovered parking space.

Arrivals: Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Consumptions: electricity, water, gas, air condition/heating included. Final cleanings: € 100,00 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
