Excelente!

O apartamento é ótimo, extremamente limpo e possui grandes janelas que deixam entrar bastante luz - o que eu adoro. O chuveiro é excelente e o apartamento muito bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha. O secador de cabelo é bastante potente. A Joana foi amável e prestativa. Apesar da localização ser ótima (perto de todas as atrações que eu quis visitar e a poucas quadras de bons restaurantes), eu não me senti completamente segura à noite. Recomendo que uma mulher sozinha fique do outro lado da Praça da Liberdade.

This place is brilliant. Perfect location, the centre for everything. It’s modern, spacious and clean. The real highlight is Joana who sat with us and gave us great advice for what to do in the city. We loved our stay.

Great, central apart-hotel - recommend

Lovely bright clean modern little hotel room/apartment right in the centre of town. Very friendly and helpful check-in, and a great left luggage locker service if you need to leave your bags after you check out. We stayed in the small apartment and it had a nice bright bedroom with plenty storage, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and air con. This leads on to a small modern kitchen area which has the basics you need for two people (plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups, puts and pans, bottle opener, etc.) - we were only there for one night but could easily imagine spending a week there and cooking sometimes. The bathroom was also clean and modern and bright with soap and shower gel/shampoo provided. The apartment had high ceilings and big windows which let in a lot of light and had beautiful old wooden shutters for when you needed the shut it out. The lovely old building is very central for visiting and shopping and right beside Bolhao metro which goes to the bus & train stations and airport and pretty much everywhere else. You are provided with a Portuguese mobile which is loaded with apps and info for getting around and finding things to do and 30 minutes calling credit. There are two little supermarkets either side of the apartment for supplies. There was some noise if people were coming up and down the wooden stairs or cleaning in the morning, but overall it was very quiet & I slept well without earplugs. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location is perfect if you can climb stairs!

Pros: - outstanding location walking distance to shopping and restaurants with convenience of kitchenette and clothes washer, -friendly and helpful staff. Cons: - steep flight of dimly lit stairs to 3rd floor apartment unit (especially if you have large, heavy suitcases) - major reconstruction of old market immediately across the street means noise and dust except Sundays, probably until 2020

Perfect location and perfect service!

The hotel is located in a center of Porto. It is 2 minutes walking distance of a main train station and a minute from another one. City center is only three minutes away. I stayed at one bed room suit and it has everything, including a complete kitchen and a washing machine. Two grocery stores are on the same block! I was given a cell phone that includes all apps for Porto and more. I could brows the web without my own phone that I did not have international roaming service. I will stay at the hotel next time for sure.

Spacious apartment style room in great location

This apartment was great. We had heaps of room for the 2 of us. The washing machine was handy. And the location was very central. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

This is a very nice property for long stays. The location is very convenient with Bolhao Metro station within a block, 2 supermarkets (1 opened until 9 pm and the other until 11 pm daily) right downstairs, and several good restaurants and pastry shops nearby. Our suite is very modernly reformed and spacious with a lot of storage space. Ours had a small in-unit laundry machine (but no dryer, just a foldable hanger) which is very helpful. Clothes dry fairly quickly indoor with air conditioning on. We stayed there for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. The host, Joanna, was really nice. The portable air conditioning works surprisingly well in 90+ hot days. The free cell phone is really a big plus and very helpful for navigating through the city and finding restaurants. Minor noise from the street at night occasionally but not a problem unless you are very sensitive. One thing to keep in mind is that the electricity per unit is limited so no surprise if the power jumper goes off when both air conditioning and laundry machine are running together. Simply push a button on the circuit board in the closet near the door and you will get the power back. We will be back!

Great little apartment in central Porto

The apartment was small but well designed and had everything that we needed. I was on the sofa bed and it was really comfortable. The location was great and Joana was really helpful. Highly recommend.

It was perfect, from communicating with Joana before we arrived, to Paola and Duarte greeting us upon arrival and answering every question we had. Such warm friendly people and a great apartment - we're going back to Porto and will be staying there again.

City apartment, full of character with quirky addi

If this apartment could be better soundproofed, it would be perfect for a stay in Porto. The location was great with easy access to the Metro and good local shops and restaurants. We loved the interior of this well equipped, attractive property. We had a very friendly, helpful greeting and everything was done to make our stay memorable. However, despite everything, our lasting memory will be lack of sleep due to street noise and traffic noise throughout the night, every night. If you choose to stay here, bring ear plugs.

We would recommend this place

The apt was nice and clean, there is a washing machine which was great as we had been traveling for 2 weeks before coming to Porto. We also were given a smart phone to use during our stay. The apt facing East so ur was very bright in early morning bKing it hard to sleep in, Installing some drapes would help solve this issue. They only provided 4 coffee pods regardless how long you stay, other hotels replenish daily- it is a small thing, but does make a difference. The ladies who met us with the keys were very helpful and nice.

Fantastic Apartment with Fabulous host

The location of this apartment was excellent! It was so close to metro Bolhão station which directly connect to the airport and the Campanhã train station which was the main transportation hub in Porto. By staying at this very well located apartment, we could easily tour around the historical district by foot. We had a beautiful one bedroom superior apartment which was very roomy, clean and comfortable. There were all kinds of facilities and amenities any traveler might need. There was even a free cell phone provided which allowed us to call international numbers and use 4G signal for surfing on the web while traveling around. The best part of staying here is to meet the host. We knew that we were in good hands the moment we met one of our hosts Paula! She gave us the warmest welcome and provided us many insider tips to make our trip in Porto even more amazing. We loved our experience in Porto so much that we're sure to go back again and will definitely stay here without any doubt.

Great location. Beautiful apartment

This apartment was modern, airy and clean in a beautiful building. It's right next to the market with the old centre of Porto close by, the metro stop just round the corner and a walk from everywhere we wanted to see. The only drawback was that the building next door is being renovated. Banging started at 8am sharp 3 days out of 5 and finished at 6pm. That's fine if you are out all day though. Evenings were fine with just a bit of traffic noise and inspite of that, I would recommend it strongly.
