This apartment feels like a breath of fresh air. Bright, new, and tastefully decorated, it offers all the privacy and functionality you need during your stay. The bedroom has a double bed and large built-in wardrobes. The open-plan living and dining area connects to a private balcony, ideal for relaxed breakfasts or a glass of wine after a long day.
The kitchen is sleek and fully equipped. The bathroom is modern and elegant, with a walk-in shower and premium amenities provided by Host Wise. The air conditioning ensures the perfect temperature all year round, and the apartment also has a private garage space in the building.
We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available - Reservations are required), you may do so by making this extra payment.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Vila Nova de Gaia, surrounded by new buildings and green spaces. From here, you can explore local cafés, walk to small supermarkets, or drive down to the Douro River in less than 10 minutes. Despite the peace, you are still close to everything.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
