Strategic Location: A few steps from the "General Torres" subway station and close to the tourist attractions: Ribeira, Jardim do Morro and Ponte Luis I, allowing you to easily explore what the city has to offer.
The apartment has one garage space inside the building, making your group more secure about where to park.
We would like to inform you that we have a garage available at a cost of €19/day. If you wish to use the garage (if there is space available - Reservations are required), you may do so by making this extra payment.
Have we already told you about the magnificent balcony that this apartment presents you? You will have the opportunity to drink a glass of Port wine while enjoying the VIEW of the Douro River and delighting in the history that all the buildings in the surroundings tell you. In addition, the magnificent apartment has a swimming pool shared with the other owners.

The Neighborhood:
If you ask, all people from Porto say that the best thing about GAIA is the view of PORTO, we don't know if it's true, but the main ATTRACTIONS of this city are on the BEIRA-RIO.
THE LOCATION of the apartment allows you to be close to the METRO, which can take you directly to the center of PORTO, or if you prefer, you can walk while absorbing the views of RIO uniting the two cities, once rivals.
To discover your CULTURE, be sure to visit the Monastery of SERRA DO PILAR and take a photo with a 360º view over PORTO and RIVER. Since it's so close, a piece of advice to RELAX: take advantage of an afternoon to have a PICNIC while watching the sunset at JARDIM DO MORRO, to the left of the board above LUIZ I BRIDGE. Don't forget to try a TOUR of the various CAVES OF PORT WINE in the city of Gaia.
Getting Around:
The apartment is just a 12-minute walk from Jardim do Morro, Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar, and Ponte Luis I, some of the main postcards of Porto. It is also 10 minutes away from the General Torres subway, so in 15 minutes you are in the center of Porto!
It is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and all kinds of stores to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Just a 10 minute walk from the General Torres subway, so you could get to Porto city center in 5 minutes!
Also, from the Airport:
1) Take the metro (Line E - Purple);
2) Leave at Trindade and take Line D (Yellow) to Santo Ovidio;
3) Leave at General Torres station and it is quite close to your apartment;
Other Things to Note:
Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit required (300€) by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.
- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:
To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- The tourist tax in Vila nova de Gaia costs €2,5 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
