Guest H4U – Porto Fontainhas is a fully renovated open-plan studio set in a typical Portuguese building in the heart of Porto. The studio accommodates up to 3 guests and features a double bed and a single sofa bed. Located near the Ponte do Infante, it is within walking distance of the Ribeira, making it an ideal base to explore Porto and its charm on foot.



Guest H4U – Porto Fontainhas is a fully renovated open-plan studio located in the city centre, set within a typical Portuguese building full of character and history. While the building retains its original charm, the studio itself has been completely renovated for comfort and convenience.



The studio is entirely open plan, with no private rooms: the kitchen, living area, and sleeping area are all in the same open space. The only closed and private room is the bathroom.



The studio accommodates up to 3 guests maximum (children and babies included). It features a double bed (140×190), a single-person sofa bed (which may be less suitable for tall guests), and a dining table with four chairs.



The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with an Italian-style shower and toilet.



The apartment offers a reliable internet connection, and the TV provides over 150 international channels in multiple languages. The studio is located on the ground floor of the building (no elevator required).



Ideally situated near the Ponte do Infante, the apartment is within walking distance of the Ribeira. It is an excellent base to discover Porto, its lights, and its charm.

Important information before booking



Mandatory tourist tax (from 1 January 2023): €1.50 per person, per night. Payable on arrival in cash, on site.



This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.



Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.



Pets are not allowed in the apartment.



Access, parking & check-in



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:



• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€

• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€

• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€

• After 12:00 AM: from 50€



Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.



A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.



Services & extras



For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.



Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).



A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
