Welcome to my studio!

It comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a work desk. The area has multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. There is also a heavenly queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The building has a lift but is only accessible from the first floor. Guests must climb one flight of stairs from the building entrance to reach the lift.

Guests will have access to the entire studio!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This spot is perfect for exploring the city's attractions. The famous Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, and Porto Cathedral are all nearby, making it an ideal tourist spot. The area is also home to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city, including Abadia do Porto, Galeria De Paris, and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante. Whether you're looking for a bite to eat or a place to relax with a drink, you'll find plenty of options in this vibrant neighbourhood.

This is a conveniently located property in the heart of Porto, Portugal. It is just an 8-minute walk from two significant stations- Porto São Bento and São Bento- making it easily accessible for travellers. With its prime location, guests can easily explore the city's top attractions and landmarks.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
