It is located on the ground floor. This delightful 30 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area, with two single beds, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement and make delicious meals.

The bedroom is elegantly decorated with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Porto's genuine identity, beginning to disappear in more central city areas, remains in Bonfim. With a strong community spirit and local businesses - now more important than ever - there are small cafés and stores, some of the city's most traditional restaurants, and more modern spaces with signature cuisine.

With great creative impulses, mainly due to the Faculty of Fine Arts and the galleries, there is an artistic itinerary to discover in Bonfim. And now that it's becoming increasingly pedestrianized, it's even more inviting to explore the area on foot, through streets that preserve traditional traces of urban architecture and refuges in the middle of nature, such as Nova Sintra Park, overlooking the River Douro.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Heroísmo, is just a 1-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
