This charming 120 m² apartment offers a stylish and comfortable retreat, perfect for families and friends looking for a memorable stay. Located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained condominium, the property is accessible by lift for added convenience. Its prime location offers easy access to the beach, just a short distance away, as well as excellent public transportation options, making it simple to explore the area and nearby attractions.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cosy sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step onto the private balcony, where a comfortable seating area invites you to unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery. For effortless cleanup, the apartment also features a dishwasher, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.
The apartment boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, both with their own private balconies. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The second bedroom has a double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, with plush, hotel-quality linens provided in both rooms.
The two bathrooms are both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a hassle-free stay.
For guests travelling by car, private parking is available for one vehicle, ensuring added convenience and security.

Visitors can explore renowned lodges such as Graham’s, Taylor’s, and Sandeman, where they can learn about the winemaking process and enjoy tastings.
A short walk leads to Cais de Gaia, a lively waterfront promenade with breathtaking views of Porto’s historic centre. This area is perfect for leisurely strolls, dining at riverside restaurants, or enjoying a sunset over the river. Nearby, the Casa-Museu Teixeira Lopes offers a glimpse into Portuguese art and sculpture, while Parque da Lavandeira provides a peaceful green space for relaxation.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
