This cosy 35m² studio in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. It is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine.

The bedroom is located in a separate area of the studio, partially divided from the living room by a partition wall. This creates a sense of privacy while maintaining the space's open and cosy layout. It features a plush queen bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For your convenience, the property includes ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in the heart of Porto, offering convenient access to some of the city's most iconic attractions. Just a short walk away is the historic Mercado do Bolhão, a bustling market that captures the essence of Porto's culture with its traditional vendors and vibrant atmosphere. Nearby, Rua de Santa Catarina provides a lively pedestrian shopping experience lined with charming cafes, boutiques, and landmarks.

A few steps further, you will find the Church of Saint Ildefonso, an 18th-century gem adorned with stunning azulejo tiles, which showcases the beauty of Portuguese architecture. For a peaceful retreat, Jardim de Marques de Oliveira, a serene garden, is also within walking distance.

The area is well-connected by public transportation, with Bolhão Station just 200 meters away, making it easy to explore the rest of Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
