Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining area and a kitchen, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom features a comfy queen bed (with complimentary hotel-quality linens), a work desk, and a closet for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Cedofeita is a trendy district known for its artsy vibe, with cutting-edge contemporary galleries on Rua Miguel Bombarda. Vintage stores and down-to-earth Portuguese eateries dot the area, along with lively late-night bars and hip cafes. There are also some amazing concept stores in the surrounding streets, particularly at Rua do Rosário. Nearby Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis, in an 18th-century palace, one of the best museums in Porto, has ceramics, jewelry, Portuguese sculpture and paintings from the 16th to 20th centuries.

If you want to experience the Portuguese culture, you can enjoy a Fado show at Casa da Guitarra.

On Saturdays there are two markets in Cedofeita: one in Praça Carlos Alberto, called Porto Belo, where you can find great handcrafted souvenirs. The other one is an organic market that takes place inside Centro Comercial Bombarda, the only cool shopping centre in the city.

Another interesting spot is Igreja de S. Martinho de Cedofeita, the oldest church of Porto.

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest train station, Lapa (lines A, B, C, E, F), is 5-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-min drive from the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
