Tastefully decorated, this lovely 50m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas, which offer multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator.

Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens it, making it even more inviting.

To prepare delicious meals, the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is surrounded by some of the city's most iconic attractions. Just a short distance away, guests can marvel at the impressive Luís I Bridge or explore the historic Porto Cathedral. In addition to its prime location, the area boasts various top-rated restaurants and bars, such as Restaurante Abadia do Porto and Postigo do Carvão Restaurante, offering guests authentic Portuguese cuisine. With its convenient location and proximity to key landmarks, this home is the perfect choice for travellers who fully immerse themselves in Porto's vibrant culture and history.

It is conveniently situated within walking distance of two nearby metro stations. Bolhão station is just a 4-minute walk away, while 24 de Agosto station is a 10-minute walk from the property. This central location provides easy access to public transportation, allowing guests to explore the city and its surrounding area.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
