Online registration: guest data must be registered independently through our own platform before arrival
Check-in: autonomous with digital lock and/or access keys.
Access codes: provided on the day of check-in, after the apartment is ready and the online registration is correctly completed.
Number of guests: Confirm that the number of guests is correct on the booking. Changes must be made before check-in. Exceeding the indicated number may result in additional fees or refusal of stay.
Stays >20 nights: A fair use policy of €90 for water and electricity applies; extra will be charged. Initial and final readings will be recorded.
Apartment access with elevator from the 1st floor (we are not responsible for elevator malfunctions). There are stairs to the elevator.
Street noise may exist due to central location
