I stayed in this property for 4 nights and the property itself is very modern looking but there were lots of bugs, fruit flies were everywhere and I couple times while sitting on the couch would see small beetle looking bugs crawling on me, also the glasses in the cupboards were not clean. I also found the staff very condescending and rude. There is no check in at the property itself, it’s a 15 minute uphill walk from the “welcome centre” where you need to pick up your keys. I was asked before arriving what time I was planning to arrive at the check in centre, although check in was listed as 3:30, I said I would be arriving around 3 thinking this wouldn’t be an issue. I received a passive aggressive email back saying that if the room wasn’t ready when I arrive I would just have to wait, which isn’t an issue at all for me. I arrived at 3:15 and as I was walking up to the building the only person working was walking out, he went back in, gave me my keys and asked if I knew the address I was going to, then said I had to wait outside for my uber because he was going on break. He put a sign on the door saying he would be back at 3:50, even though check in is supposed to be at 3:30.When I arrived at the property the numbers on the units do not match the information I had been given so I had to guess which unit was mine. I would not stay with this company again. They felt very unprofessional.
