The Space:
Located on the 7th floor, this apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a peaceful rest. The living room, with a sofa bed, is the perfect space to relax, featuring a flat-screen TV and cable channels for entertainment. The apartment also includes a full bathroom and an equipped kitchenette, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy a comfortable and functional stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and common areas.
The Neighborhood:
Located just a few meters from the vibrant Avenida dos Aliados, this apartment offers immediate access to the heart of Porto. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll be surrounded by tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. Explore the Galerias de Paris, famous for its nightlife, or visit the Bolhão Market for fresh produce and authentic experiences. The Trindade metro station, just a 3-minute walk away, makes it easy to explore other areas of the city. Enjoy the convenience of being in the center of the action, with easy access to public transport and everything Porto has to offer.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on request). The apartment is strategically located, with easy access to a wide network of public transport. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is a short drive or public transport away. Details on public transport options, including timetables and nearby stops, can be provided upon request. Paid parking is available near the apartment.
Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of this rule being violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.
If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).
In case you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s help to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (requiring a technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.
For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on utilities (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.
The tenant agrees to allow the host’s staff to inspect the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
