You will have full access to the apartment, including the private bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and balcony. The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:

To facilitate your arrival and departure, we offer a transfer service upon request. Contact us to schedule. For those arriving by public transport, the nearest metro station is Lapa, a few minutes' walk away. There is paid parking nearby.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking will be applied.

If you wish to have a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.



If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require the intervention of our team to open the door, there will be a charge of 40€ after 7 p.m. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – the price will be upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on the cost of water, electricity, and the internet/TV package of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the additional amount will be paid by the guest.



The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a collaborator to carry out an inspection of the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
