This apartment provides all the comfort of a modern house while maintaining its beautiful original architectural style. It was specially designed and decorated to ensure you have a fantastic stay in Porto!

The apartment itself comprises of:
- A bedroom with a double bed with a closet, a comfortable mattress, clean linen and AC.
- A cozy second bedroom with two single beds, closet space and AC.
- A living room with a sofa and a TV with 100+ channels.
-A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you may require for the preparation for a delicious meal, such as; stove, microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge and many other things that you need to have a wonderful stay.
- A washer & dryer in the pantry!
-A lovely big balcony, facing the beautiful garden. This is truly the perfect spot to enjoy a lovely drink with your loved ones while breathing in the lovely "Portuense" air!

Entry to the building door was somewhat confusing. We gained entrance after trial and error. The apartment is one floor up and towards the back of the building. We arrived late in the evening, so we couldn’t see the surroundings. The apartment was clean, yet tired and well used. Some mold in the shower doors. Some crushed edges on the walls. We have never been in a rental that counted and listed the items and replacement costs. Different. The next morning we awoke to drilling, beeping and an active construction site next to us. The construction crane and steel beams hovering near the patio were interesting. The patio and table were covered with dust….sad. One worker wave hello. Nice. Initially, we were not sure how long the activity would last. It occurred to each day, all day. We were scheduled to stay for over a week. Fortunately, the manager for the rental understood and allowed us to leave after a few days. We were refunded for the time we didn’t stay. Thank you for doing the right thing.

Location was superb. Just outside of the crowded area but so close that a half a block walk took us to shops and restaurants.Access was easy, but it would have been nice to have understood the process a bit earlier than the day of our stay. Parking can be a bit challenging while you are obtaining the keys to get to the parking garage, but other than that, it was straightforward.The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as represented on the website. I think they could update the beds, but they were comfortable enough. The twin bed was a bit creaky and could probably be converted to a full size bed easily. Bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen and laundry was nice, only request would’ve been to have more utensils than just spoons in a single knife.Overall, this was our best stay during our vacation in Portugal

We were given the wrong apartment code!!! and no directions on how to enter the building code properly. Very frustrating and scary. Took a while to get communication with new codes. This is a two bedroom two bath apartment with only one hairdryer and one laundry pod. I felt there should be two hairdryers and at least two laundry pods. Twin bed mattress was just old and uncomfortable. Major construction on both sides of the apartment no garden.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Sehr modern, gut ausgestattet. Sauber. Allerdings waren die Pflanzen auf der Terrasse vertrocknet und in den Kübeln waren Zigerettenkippen. Das sollte bei solch einem Objekt/Preis nicht passieren. Auf der Terrasse könnte ein größerer Tisch stehen und zwei Stühle mehr.
