Staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, and attentive. Cleaning crew had the same quality as the staff. Laundry needed advance booking as there was only 1 small washing/drying machine. Expect at least 1 hour per laundry/drying per load. Laundry soap was provided. Wi-Fi was reliable and secured. Lots of TV channels to choose from plus YouTube. Location was just a few steps away from Bolhao Metro Station and Mercado do Bolhao. Very convenient to everything. On a busy street but very quiet when the windows were closed. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. Near lots of restaurants bars and shopping in a very safe area. It is walkable to go pretty much all of the attractions but it is very hilly and may be difficult for anyone who has mobility issues but Porto is built on hills so any location would have the same issues. The apartment was lovely and the staff extremely friendly and helpful for anything you need

Great stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and had modern decor. Beds were comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Staff were very helpful—Nuno assisted us with everything we needed. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, close to the metro and next to a major food market. We loved it.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to literally everything. The street the hotel is on doesn’t allow cars so it’s very quiet. It’s right beside a huge market when you can get everything from fruit to cheese to snacks to wine. The apartment was so clean and has everything you need. The communication with the staff was impeccable. Very quick and very helpful. This is an easy 5 rating.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space. All amenities were available. Kitchen was stocked with everything (equipment) we needed to make our own meals. The staff communication was amazing and they were so helpful. We plan to stay there again on our next visit.
